The staff were very helpful. I had asked if I could leave my luggage pending check in time and the room was already available for me when I dropped off my luggage which was unexpected and very much appreciated

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Great location.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the shower which was so hot and powerful. Great pressure! The beds were comfortable with a great mattress. My back felt wonderful when I woke up

We had a pleasant 4-day stay in midst of Granada center and felt safe at all times walking around.
Pros:

The location was perfect; very central and easy to walk to the cathedral, Alahambra, market, restaurants, shops. There was a restaurant attached but we did not try it. The rooms were nice (I enjoyed the balcony for fresh air) and were kept very clean. The bed was comfortable and big.
