Pros:

El desayuno fue espectacular, todo lo que sirven es riquísimo y la calidad muy buena, sobretodo pastelería.
La atención y simpatía de Daiane(creo que así se escribe su nombre)hacen que el desayuno sea más agradable.
También destacó la si.patia de Natalia (conserjeria) y otra de las chicas de conserjería que no se el nombre rubia con anteojos que estuvo por la noche.
Me resultó muy agradable la estadia(7 dias)

En general tdo muy bien,, mucha tranquilidad,, muy poco ruido,, desayuno buffet bastante completo,, la atención dl personal en general muy buena

Cons:

No es q no m gustó pero voy a decir algo sobre el duchero,, la presión es buena pero sale poca agua,, quizás solo sea sarro en el lluviero,, ojo no impide bañarse ni nada,, es solo 1 queja constructiva

A localização é excelente.

Cons:

A cama era mole demais e tinha irregularidades. O banheiro tem disposição estranha com vaso sanitário praticamente embaixo da pia. O café da manhã é focado em coisas doces como é usual em hotéis medianos no país.

A equipe que trabalha lá é muito atenciosa e gentil.

Cons:

Achei o quarto pouco limpo quando chegamos. O exaustor do banheiro não funcionava, o que deixava tudo muito úmido e com cheiro ruim. O box do chuveiro também não tinha porta. Isso fazia com que o banheiro ficasse sempre muito molhado.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel, que je ne recommande absolument pas.

Dès le début, le personnel à la réception s’est montré très peu professionnel. À un moment, la réceptionniste m’a appelé directement dans ma chambre pour me poser une question. Lorsque je lui ai expliqué que je ne parlais pas espagnol, elle a tout simplement raccroché sur moi. Ce genre de comportement est vraiment irrespectueux et donne une très mauvaise image de l’établissement.

De manière générale, le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour communiquer avec les clients étrangers, ce qui rend le séjour compliqué et frustrant. J’ai également été choqué par le manque de savoir-vivre et hygiénique, notamment lorsque la réceptionniste toussait sans même mettre la main devant sa bouche.

La chambre n’était pas agréable non plus, il faisait froid, ce qui rendait les nuits inconfortables, et les draps étaient sales, avec des taches visibles. On ne se sent clairement pas dans un endroit propre. Et pour couronner le tout, l’insonorisation est quasi inexistante : on entend tous les bruits, ce qui empêche de bien se reposer. L’hôtel est en plus assez éloigné du centre, ce qui oblige à faire des trajets supplémentaires pour tout.

Bref, entre le manque de professionnalisme, l’hygiène douteuse et le manque de confort, c’est une expérience très décevante. À éviter.

Cama bien almohadas finas e incómodas tuve q poner 3 para tener algo de apoyo,fundas,sabanas y toallas no tenían la mejor apariencia viejas y perdidas. Baño muy malo había más agua fuera de la ducha que dentro, toda la noche perdida en la grifería y lo q dicen de la insonorización es mentira, no te digo nada del ruido exterior pero se siente tv y conversación de los demás cuartos y ni digo el elevador, el desayuno medio pelo los biscochos no eran frescos lo demás bien
