I liked that property was easy to find, stands out from it’s surroundings. Served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I like that the room was clean and shower worked. Great outlets and lighting. Didn’t use the tv but I liked that the hotel was in the main city area and not too far from the port or monuments and things to do.
A quick story. I waited in line behind a guest who was already being helped. And there was two guest sitting down. I was under the impression that they were leaving. So when the guest was done at the counter I stepped up, was greeted and I spoke back was asked how I could be helped, to which I said I have reservation and then was told “oh please step to the side and have a seat I’m helping them, I’ll call you up after” So those guest were helped quickly. Then a delivery man was buzzed in and helped. Then the oncoming and off going staff had a chat. It wasn’t until I started staring menacingly at the staff was I finally called up to be helped to which I was offered no apology for being forgotten about and no additional hospitality like thank you for choosing us or thanks for your patience.

Gostamos da limpeza do quarto, da localização do hotel, do café da manhã e gostamos muitíssimo do atendimento da funcionária Natália. Ela foi muito solicita em tudo que necessitamos.
O quarto estava muito frio. Só tinha um
Cobertor de solteiro e não conseguimos ligar o aquecedor. Solicitamos ajuda a recepcionista do horário da noite, porém ela não demonstrou interesse em nos ajudar.
