Location in Albayzin is somewhat central and charming, though has many drawbacks and, given size of Granada, not worth it.
Communication with staff was quite bad. There is no parking and the hotel’s attempt to help was to send us to a public lot over 30min away walking distance. No taxis were available because of a holiday - an issue the hotel could have mentioned in the many exchanges I had had with them about our arrival in preparing for the trip. Very frustrating to walk through the cobblestone streets of Granada with our family’s luggage for over 30min.
Upon arrival, the staff assigned us rooms that weren’t near each other (we traveled with children & had to take multiple rooms). Again, frustrating and preventable had there been much care or thought given to our stay in advance.
The hotel itself has a small interior courtyard that is used by a cafe downstairs - so it gets loud early (the narrow courtyard acoustics amplify the sound).
The hotel doesn’t provide any service or information about activities, sights or places to eat. The staff leaves at 5PM and guests are given a WhatsApp number for evening/overnight emergencies.
One of our rooms faces the street - premium Alhambra views - but be warned that it’s loud late at night from passerby’s and garbage trucks roll through in the wee hours.

La ubicación, excelente.
El aire acondicionado hacía unos ruidos demasiado fuertes que nos despertaban, no el típico sonido de flujo de aire, eran unos sonidos diferentes, muy fuertes, un especie de “TÁC”.
Cama cómoda, habitación amplia y limpia.
La comunicación con el establecimiento es genial, respondieron a mis peticiones prácticamente al instante y eso se agradece.
Repetiría.
Por decir algo, el retrete no era ergonómico. Me resulto demasiado alto (y mido 178 cm).
