El diseño arquitectónico y la excelente ubicación. La proximidad a los recursos culturales de Granada es genial y es parte del Albaicín.
Aunque la idea de tener en la habitación un pequeño ropero desde la perspectiva de la decoración es muy lindo, no es práctico desde lo funcional porque no hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento.
La situación del hotel es muy buena. La habitación estaba muy limpia. El hotel es silencioso. Tiene cafetera dentro de la habitación, agua y vino. En recepción nos dieron todas las explicaciones que necesitamos.
Cuando contraté la habitación que era una suite aparecía en la información de la habitación unas fotos que no se correspondía a la habitación que me dieron. La que yo vi tenía vistas con ventanales a la alhambra y la que me dieron era lateral. Con lo que las vistas distaban mucho de lo que a mi me gustó del hotel. Era una celebración de aniversario y quería una habitación especial. En recepción me dijeron que como hay varias suites tenía que haber especificado cuál quería. Evidentemente no pude hacerlo porque desconocía que había varias.
Todo, ubicación, vistas, el personal, la habitación cómoda y limpia. Maravilloso.

The location was perfect and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also loved having the inner courtyard terrace to relax and the provision of tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.
