The coffee station on every floor was good. Most hotels have no kettle and coffee in the room or the hotel but this hotel had it and it was very convenient. They have an excellent cafe. The menu could be more diverse. Unexpectedly one day when the cafe closed down earlier than closing time - Pablo went out of his way to make smoothies for us. Very close to the Plaza.
Reception staff could volunteer more information on the transport systems - like the very convenient buses that are cheap, run frequently to many touristic spots.
De locatie was prachtig😍 De kamer was erg mooi en schoon.
Parkeren was niet duidelijk, we hadden genavigeerd naar het hotel toe. De straten waren zo smal dat we vast zaten, met behulp van de vriendelijke Spanjaarden zijn we er uit gekomen.
La struttura è posizionata strategicamente e lo staff è molto gentile.
Le camere sono parecchio datate, necessitano di una rinfrescata. Il bagno è un loculo con una sorta di vetrata che lo separa dal resto della stanza. Il lavandino invece è a vista. Pochissimo spazio dove appoggiare cose e valigie.

I absolutely loved this sweet little gem. The design, the HUGE comfortable bed, the warm and lovely staff, the location ( falling asleep and waking to the river flowing and birds), the yummy cafe below was an overall gem

Ótima localização, pode-se fazer vários passeios a pé. Aliás, não é recomendado ficar em Granada com carro, por ter limitações no centro histórico.
O funcionário Antônio foi muito atencioso e deu boas dicas para nós.
Não ter elevador até o meu quarto. Me colocaram no terceiro andar e o elevador só vai até o segundo. De lá, tem que subir com as malas de escada. E isso não foi informado anteriormente.
Pros: Location, location, location - could look out the window and see the Alhambra! Staff was amazing - very helpful.
Cons: There is no way in hell you can drive to this hotel to drop off luggage without a major headache! Take a taxi!
