beautiful and well appointed property in ideal location for 1st time visit
none
Location couldn’t have been any better. Really cute hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff.
Only thing that could have made it better was a room with a view, but we booked late. So that’s on us.
Lokacija tik pod Alhambro. Prijazno in profesionalno osebje.
Tout était parfait: emplacement, chambre, personnel.
Parking public un peu loin et cher malgré la réduction de l'hôtel (recharge électrique dans parking ok)
The staff
The amenities ( the bottle of wine as a gift in the room)
At a walking distance from the downtown
In front of a narrow street
Amazing - Huge Suite we loved it.
Nothing
Beautiful hotel, had room with Alhambra view which also looked out onto the narrow cobbled street and river.
Lovely selction of pillows
Ideal location.
Cafe makes lovely food and great coffee.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
A massive thank you to Antonio on reception who found and booked an emergency dentist for us while we were out siteseeing, and made our problem stress free:)
Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
Bed a little firm for my liking
Knob on bathroom door too small for the heavy door, made it hard to pull open
Tout était parfait. L'amabilité du personnel, l'emplacement, la taille et le confort de la chambre.
Rien.

Su ubicación y el inmueble
Me gustó todo
Great location, old building has its charm
It is poorly maintained, scuffs all around the room, the toilet leaked, there were traces of mold in the shower. It is not very clean, the rooms that have a window to the patio are noisy as the coffee machine is on the hallway and the floor is naked stone. We can hear when they open and close the roof to the patio, seems to happen very early. The room is not ventilated. This hotel should not come up when the filter “parking” is set on Booking as it is misleading and a fraud: you physically cannot bring a car to the hotel (unless you drive a Twingo), it is upsetting how hard it is to navigate just to realize that what they meant was “10 minutes away from us there is a public parking we have a deal with”, where you pay 30€ a day. We did not get information on services from the receptionist so I cannot even tell of they serve breakfast
Fantastic location, friendly staff and lovely room in a really nice building.
All good.
La location molto bella e curata. La posizione fantastica per poter visitare il centro spostandosi a piedi.
