Angefangen von den Betten wo man jede einzelne Feder gespürt hat über eine noch feuchte Decke bis hin zum unfähigen, schlecht deutsch sprechendem Personal.

Sehr schön zum wandern, wenig Geschäfte aber dafür sehr ruhig

War mit dem Motorrad dort. Nettes Personal. Spitzen Küche. Alles Sauber.
Würde sofort wieder hinfahren

Das historische Hotelambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Blick auf den beleuchteten Vorplatz ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zum Frühstück wird eine gute Auswahl an Speisen gereicht. Auch einen Besuch im Restaurant zum Abendessen können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen, jedoch war das Bett nicht wirklich bequem. Hier würden wir eine dickere Matratze als Empfehlung geben.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Restaurant, Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen

We stayed over for one night in this hotel, as we were on a skiing weekend in Oberwiesenthal. The hotel was really nice and well maintained in a classic old style.
The hotel was around 20 km drive from the ski resort, but much cheaper and much nicer than the hotels in Oberwiesenthal. The drive didn't take long. The main reason for chosing this hotel in the first place was that it was possible to cancel the room until 24 hours before the stay, which is handy given the inter-changeable skiing conditions in Oberwiesenthal.
The hotel did not have a ski room, but they were still very helpful in letting us store our skis and boots inside the hotel anyway.
The room was gorgeous, although the hot water was scarce for around 30 mins when all guest seemed to want a shower in the evening. The water boiler caught up, and I managed to get a warm shower as well.
The restaurant was REALLY good. I turned out that it had also been recommended in various eating guides. We were unaware of this beforehand.
All an all I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I think the range from the ski resort is actually a benefit as this hotel seemed to concentrate on being a nice hotel, whereas hotels in the resort seemed to want to maximise their profits within a very short season.

Der Check In verlief problemlos. Das Zimmer war komfortabel aber schlicht eingerichtet. Das Serviceteam war sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Nützliche Tipps über die Region und das örtliche Freizeitangebot waren inklusive. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Unser Highlight war die abendliche Küche die exquisite Gerichte zubereitet hat. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Marktplatz und wir hatten immer einen Parkplatz in Sichtweite.

Ein kleines, familiäres Hotel mit einem gewissen Charme. Zimmer sind leider doch recht klein, trotzdem fällt der 15" Fernseher darin noch kleiner aus.

Essen ist sehr gut und preislich ok. Allerdings gibt es in Scheibenberg sonst absolut NICHTS was man abends unternehmen könnte.

Wunderschönes Stadthotel, liebevollst ausgestattet und erstklassiger Service (alle Angestellten waren mehr als zuvorkommend und äußerst aufmerksam). Sehr gute Küche auch beim Abendessen. Nette Zimmer, wir haben super geschlafen! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gestimmt. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal. Wir würden noch mal in dieses Hotel fahren.

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel staff were all very friendly and spoke enough English to assist me when needed. The room was very small but very clean and modern to include the bathroom. The hotel restaurant and bar offered a great menu. I rated the location and area low only because there is nothing in the town to do but there is much to do within 20-30 minute drive. if you are looking for remote then you will love it. I would definitely stay here again.
