Location was perfect for the venue we were attending and breakfast was very good. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful
It was very cold while we were there and we couldn't get our room to go above 68 but other than that the room was all we needed
Beautiful property with very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and modern. Complimentary breakfast was typical, clean, and tasty. Great location with beautiful views.
One of the elevators was out of service for a day, caused a bit of a delay but nothing too terrible. Some of the outlets did not work in the room. Located in business district so lots of surrounding things closed on weekends during off season (Feb)
We had an amazing experience! Cleanliness, customer service, breakfast and everything else. We came here for my kids fencing tournament. We will come back. Ms. Karen of the front desk is the BEST. She helped us with information and spent time to make sure we had everything we needed. Her patience and care to guests are excellent! Kudos also to the Dining TEAM. They have given us excellent service.
The front desk staff was exceptional! We had the most wonderful stay. What a beautiful property you have there! We cannot wait to come back!!

The experience started at check-in. There was a mistake made with the room charges. I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk, and they took care of it the best they could. At dinner that evening, we were talking to the restaurant manager about the situation, and she jumped in to help. The next day the Management team Jessica and Tim got involved to make sure I was ok with what had happened and to see if there was anything they could do to help. It didn't stop there. I received a phone call from Jessica asking me to stop by the front desk when I got back to the hotel later that day. She again apologized for the situation and offered me a comp dinner that evening. The dinner that evening could not have been any better. The Manager treated me like royalty. The next morning, the GM again stopped me and asked if everything was ok. The bottom line is mistakes get made. It is all about how they are handled afterwords. This mistake could not have been handled any better. The Phelps Staff and Management team are the epitome of professionalism. I have never had a better experience. I made sure that the company I work for that is right across the street was aware of how everything was handled. Bravo Zulu Phelps!!

My wife and I love this hotel and it's staff,they are the best! In particular Karen,Joycelin and J the valet guy. Ms. Karen is so nice,kind,courteous and professional! She always goes the extra mile and makes us feel special and like family! KUDOS TO HER ALWAYS ,WE LOVE HER!!!

The rooftop bar is spectacular! It was nice to relax in the evening.

The view was great - I think that’s what you’re really paying for. The room was nice minus a towel that was used (it had mascara on it). The check in staff was underwhelming. Breakfast was great! We had so many choices and Jamelia was such a delight! She was humming and smiling and doing everything she could to make breakfast a positive experience!
