EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE
Pros:

Wonderful location and extraordinary staff! Every single staff member was above and beyond and these 3 made our visit extra special: Angie at breakfast! Karen at the front desk! and Joseph at the Valet! Others whom we didn't get their names- housekeeping staff member mopping while I was looking for the restroom- went out of his way to assist. Warm greeting and welcome from all staff. I travel a lot and this Marriott is at the top of my list! My first visit to Cincy and will definitely be back to cheer on the REDS!

Great stay overall—excellent service
Pros:

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The service provided by the entire staff was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

I also want to highlight the maintenance manager, who did a fantastic job. There was an issue with the key, and he fixed it quickly and efficiently. His attention to detail and prompt response really made a difference.

Overall, everything about this hotel was great, and I would definitely recommend it.

Pros:

Nice rooms! The park across the street was beautiful!

Cons:

The curtains were broken on one side, so sun came into the room early in the morning. The valet was SUPER expensive to just park my car 50 feet from the front door. We had a broken toilet and even though they said Maintenance was coming at 9am, they still hadn't showed by 3pm and we had to call again.

Perfect place and great location for a quick stay
Pros:

The professionalism of the hotel staff. Accessible snacks anytime of the day or night. Being able to cook and store food plus have a dishwasher.

Cons:

No available free parking except for at night.

Great stay!
Pros:

It was our first time in Cincinnati and we stayed for a month for our son’s medical treatment at Cincinnati’s Children’s and we had a really nice time at the Phelps. We woke up every morning to a nice and tasty breakfast, special thanks to everyone working at the dining room who made us feel welcome, specially Angie who was talking to us and playing with our son every morning which made us feel more like at home!
The location is also really good, it’s walking distance to all the major attractions downtown like the Reds stadium, the bridge to cross to Kentucky and the banks. There is a park with a playground right in front of the hotel which is nice if you travel with children.
The rooms were very comfortable and had everything needed to have a comfortable long term stay including a kitchenette with a large fridge and dishwasher.

Wedding rehearsal dinner
Pros:

We were in town for a family wedding. Kelly made a fantastic cocktail and her service was fantastic!! Rose was super accommodating and both ladies made our evening special!!
