Che dire? Un posto dove tornare sicuramente
Pros:

Abbiamo passato una vacanza fantastica grazie al livello dell’offerta di questo magnifico Hotel. Ristorante con menù vario, piatti gustosi e una carta dei vivi non trascurabile; una particolare segnalazione va alla cura avuta per mia moglie celiaca cui non è stato fatto mancare nulla.
Piscina esterna riscaldata di fronte alle 3 cime, la ciliegina sulla torta, top!

Sehr gutes Haus mit direktem Pistenanschluss, gutem Essen und grossem Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Der Check-in war ausgesprochen schlecht. Zuerst liess uns die Dame rund 15 Minuten warten, da sie am Telefonieren war. Danach teilte sie uns ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Strasse zu, obwohl wir ausdrücklich Garten- und Poolblick gebucht hatten. Erst nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir das gebuchte Zimmer, wobei sie ihr Unverständnis für unseren Wunsch durchblicken liess.
Das Hotel ist ziemlich gross, so dass eine persönliche Begrüssung bzw. ein persönlicher Kontakt mit den Eigentümern wohl nicht möglich ist.

Izredno mala soba, da je bilo težko priti mimo televizorja na drugo stran postelje - sobo ste na bookingu prodali kot DELUXE!!??
Oba tuša pri notranjem bazenu je praktično nemogoče nastaviti na normalno temperaturo. Voda je ali vroča ali mrzla, zato se pred kopanjem skoraj nihče ne tušira!!!!!!

Un posto che fa bene al cuore, mente, corpo e pancia!
Pros:

La struttura è ben tenuta, offre un sacco di servizi in generale con particolare attenzione alla zona Spa, un paradiso!! Curata nei minimi dettagli per offrire un comfort a 360 gradi, stile classico da montagna ma un po più luxury. Una chicca del soggiorno è il pasto incluso dalle 14 alle 16:30 con una selezione di affettati,formaggi, un primo piatto, zuppa, dolci, insalate di tutto! La sala del ristorante è da rimanere a bocca aperta, stupenda!! Una vista completa sulla montagna, arredamenti stupendi, il personale inoltre molto molto professionale e simpatico. La colazione offre una vastità di prodotti locali da perdere la testa, buonissimi, un banchetto meraviglioso, come lo era la cena! Con la mezza pensione è possibile servirsi al buffet come “aperitivo” e poi si inizia con le portate scelte alla mattina. Complimenti agli chef.

Cons:

Un po più di attenzione per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera, almeno per nostra esperienza… dopo aver riportato alla reception l’accaduto si sono scusati e ci hanno offerto dei cadeaux, apprezzato. Torneremo sicuramente in ogni caso, magari la pulizia sarà un pochino meglio? Speriamo… Altra nota dolente a mio parere è stata la temperatura dell’acqua, non sono riuscita ad approfittare della piscina dal momento in cui l’acqua era tiepida, anche quella fuori, avrei preferito l’acqua calda come dalle altre parti che ho frequentato.
