L’emplacement était parfait, tout le personnel (réception et service en chambre) que j’ai vu était adorable et très serviable. Je n’ai pas vu le personnel d’entretien des chambres, mais ma chambre était toujours propre. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait.

Cons:

S’il faut trouver quelque chose à redire, le jet de la douche est très fort et la porte de la douche laisse passer un peu d’eau en bas. Le porte-brosse des WC était également sale.

El personal súper amable sobre todo el chico que vivió en Tenerife, nos recomendó sitios para visitar. La ubicación perfecta en pleno centro y bien comunicado con metro y taxi.

No soy de poner malos comentarios a los hoteles ya que yo trabajo en uno pero este me ha decepcionado un poco. La habitación en segunda planta, con paredes de tela amarilla manchadas por la humedades de perdida de agua del aire acondicionado, yo habia pedido por favor una de las renovadas. Vista ninguna, ya que al abrir la ventana se veía una pared a menos de 1 metro y había mucho ruido de motores. Nos tocó justo al lado de la cocina donde preparan el desayuno y se oía mucho ruido a partir de las 7.

الموقع ولا مثله في روما 3 دقايق وانت في النافوره تريفي جنب الفندق مطاعم ومحلات وكل شي قريب عندك التعامل العاملين الفندق راقي وذوق وخاصه الاستقبال السيد فرناندو قمه التعامل ودائم الابتسامه والإفطار يأتيك وانت في الغرفه خدمه رائعه

La posizione perfetta per visitare Roma ,vicino a tutto .Ragazzi del reception disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la camera ,giorno dopo risolto.
Colazione in camera dove ti portavano un po' di tutto.

Un hotel da ristrutturare ,dalla tapizeria nei muri, il bagno tipo vecchio con dei rubinetti dai tempi dei romani, pulizia lasciava desiderare.

Весь отель в лестницах в комнате лестница чтоб пройти в туалет надо подняться по лестницам. Завтрак не берите в отеле. У них нет кухни. Они покупают в ресторане и перепродают вам. И еще у меня взяли два раза деньги за отель. Сказали мол мы заблокировали сумму вы сейчас оплатите а те деньги вернуться так и не вернули
