Clean comfortable and a good value

Very convenient location
Pros:

We love the location. The room was clean. It was so convenient to all the sites we wanted to see we walked everywhere from the hotel.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was a slight walk from the main desk. And you had to go up a spiral staircase to get to the room. This did not bother us at all. I just want to mention it here in case stairs would be hard for someone.

Тільки виключно близькість розташування до центру; велике ліжко. Номер знаходився на третьому поверсі без ліфта, але з багажем мені допомогли 👌

Cons:

Ми заїхали пізно і були дуже змучені. На вулиці стояла неймовірна спека. В номері не працював кондиціонер. Вікно упиралось в стіну, тому навіть провітрити не було змоги…( Менеджер повідомив, що нічого вдіяти не може, бо йому пора додому. Пообіцяв, що зранку все полагодять. Ми провели весь день поза готелем і повернувшись увечері зрозуміли, що ніхто не полагодив нічого.. мої повідомлення були проігноровані. Ніхто не запропонував ні компенсації, нічого… хоча сусідам за відсутність гарячої води компенсували половину вартості.
Окрім того, стіни були з величезними плямами..

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Quarto grande e equipe cordial. Deixaram água grátis no frigobar - o que foi ótimo pois estava muito calor.

Cons:

Algumas coisas no hotel estão muito antigas e poderiam ser trocadas.

Location Location Location!!! Could not get better!
Beds & pillowsare really comfortable. Quieter than expected considering the location.
Good big tv for watching football.

Cons:

We stayed in the outside building. Not appealing walking in and very old. Bathroom was really worn out but worked. We first thought we made a mistake but Location, beds and price made up for it

I feel the cost was very expensive for a night, 466 Euro is equivalent to over about 700 AUD, and no breakfast, included, way overpriced, I would not stay there again due to the expensive cost. Maybe you could give me a bit of a refund?
