Comfortable and clean
Breakfast was very disappointing. Cold atmosphere and cold food. No vegetation option offered and very little left at 9am. Staff member observed me looking at empty dishes and did nothing about it. Breakfast was a waste of money.
Location was excellent & Hannah was very pleasant and polite.
We left the Midlands after work, so we didn't arrive until midnight.
The hotel is so noisy from the creaking of people walking around, you can hear every move, so we didn't get the best night sleep.
The pillows were hard which was a shame as the bed was quite comfy.
Hannah was very pleasant and polite on reception, and was very prompt with replying by email after requesting information about car parking.
Our friends wake was at the hotel later on in the afternoon, the Hotel had dressed the room beautifully and the food was amazing...
Would I stay again? No, due to the noise, but would definitely eat there as the afternoon tea was amazing.

Disappointed with breakfast. Food wasn’t hot enough. Didn’t like that scrambled egg wasn’t hot and in separate dish - why? Also beans in separate dish.
Everything about hotel was absolutely stunning inside and out...and had the suite it was so comfortable and well worth another trip in future

Room was basic and very small; breakfast was very average; arrangements previously agreed with Booking.com were not recognised by the hotel (despite email confirmation) so last minute hassle to get our early check-in (but resolved on the day).

Unavoidable but wedding event was noisy so struggled to sleep .In the dark couldnt work out how to clode the windows fully there was a catch we found in full daylight so couldnt dhut ouf the nouse
