Einige Zimmer schauen direkt auf die Eisenbahnschienen, wodurch man dauerhaft Lärm und Zuggeräusche hört. Ruhiger sind die Zimmer auf der Straßenseite. Das Frühstück ist hingegen sehr gut.

Großes Zimmer, sehr sauber

Cons:

Ungemütlicher Frühstücks Raum (Tische auf dem Flur) er ist dunkel und ohne Ambiente.
Das Personal am Empfang war wenig Kundenorientiert.
Auf den Hinweis, dass es doch sinnvoll wäre in der Hotel Beschreibung darauf hinzuweisen, dass es kein "Öffentlich Rechtliches Fernsehprogramm" gibt, bekamen wir die Antwort:"Das haben wir schon 37 Mal am Tag gehört. Die Geschäftsführung macht da nichts"
Auch der Kommentar bei der Anreise, nachdem gesagt wurde "was kann ich für Sie Tun" und wir daraufhin unser Anliegen vorbringen wollten, wurde mit dem Satz "Ich bin nicht Multitasking fähig" abgewürgt.

Das supertolle Personal war der einzige Grund nicht Hotel zu wechseln!!

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal hervorragend!

Cons:

Beim betreten des Hotels riecht es muffelig und nicht ansprechend. Dieser Geruch zieht sich durch das ganze Hotel. Da ich geschäftlich für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe, musste ich mich Nacht für Nacht überwinden zu bleiben. Die Tatsache dass es nur analog TV gab war ein absolutes no go. Ich meine die Eigentümer könnten zumindest das in Ordnung bringen. Auch darüber hab ich mich sehr geärgert!!
