Overall it was fine

We enjoyed our stay. However, it was very busy at the pool. If you plan to go swim after 11 am, you will not find a chair to sit. We had to reserve chairs at 7 am in the morning. We were in a sea view suite. It was a beautiful room. But, the lights is the bathroom did not work. We called the reception and they said they will send someone from maintenance to fix it. But, no one came.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The pools are amazing for someone traveling with kids. Delicious food also is served at the restaurant by the pool.

They charged us in $US where the quote we had at hotel.com was in canadian

Internet connection was very bad, kept on disconnecting we called the reception and they kept giving us new access code which at the end gave up and stopped using the wifi.
The room had the bedroom facing the mainstreet which is very noisy at night, the hotel management should consider changing the windows to sound proof and isolation as the noise was intolerable
There was no kettle to warm up water for my baby's milk in the room.
All the doors are bad they kept squeaking and making loud noise every time you open the door.
we do not recommend the hotel for a family with a baby

This was the third time we stayed at this hotel but it will be the last time.
We used to love it but this time we noticed lots of bad differences.
Parking started to be payed by the hour of stay.
Not all amenities are present in the room.
The bathroom door locked itself in the middle of the night but the maintenance team fixed it fast.
Breakfast is still great and the pool areas are still good.
It’s a 5 stars hotel. It should stay same as before.

Staff are really friendly and the nargileh there is great although the pool is very salty

The room itself was alright, spacious and clean, with a large balcony, however this cannot be described as a resort and has no proper access to beach, it is more like a small road leading to few rock close to the water. I didn't find it worth the value.

This hotel/beach resort is liking stepping in to a time warp. It is very old and needs a complete renovation. The rooms are outdated. The hairdryer in the room is a box on the bathroom wall. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Overall experience was OK. Staff were not as friendly as is Lebanese custom. They were not attentive to needs of customers. They seem to be overworked and unhappy.

This was the second time I was staying in the same hotel. The furniture and the bed sets are really old. They have already started to renovate portions of the hotel. But I was not lucky enough to get a new renovated room. Over all was a great location and great service.
