Les thermes sont ok mais fermé cet hôtel s’il vous plaît.
Pros:

Franchement a part la taille de la chambre, je n’ai pas vraiment de retour positif à faire…

Cons:

Le lit est une CATASTROPHE. On sent les ressorts nous rentrer dans la chair, on est là pour se reposer et se détendre mais on n’a pas réussi à faire une nuit complète.

Correcte hygiënische kamer en een goed eenvoudig maar kwalitatief ontbijt.
Pros:

De nette kamer en het ontbijt

Cons:

De traphal is gedateerd.
Op het dubbele bed met hoog kwalitatieve matrassen lag een schuimrubberen extra matras die geen ondersteuning bood en de kwaliteit van de matrassen deels teniet deed.

Mooie kamer maar locatie is niet geschikt als hotel.
Pros:

De kamer was erg mooi. We hadden superior kamer.

Cons:

De locatie is verschrikkelijk , aan een ontzettend drukke weg. Onze prachtige kamer was vlakbij het het stoplicht waardoor nog meer lawaai, het is een doorgaande provinciale weg met veel vrachtverkeer.

Teleurstellend

Dat het hotel zo dichtbij de feestzaal was

Wij hadden dezelfde kamer als andere vrienden van ons, ook op dezelfde moment geboekt en wij hadden 2 eenpersoonsbedden en zij een tweepersoonsbed. Onze kamer was duidelijk out dated tov die van hun. Ons tafeltje was beschimmeld, wat echt degoutant is. Duidelijk steeds te nat gepoetst.
Het meisje dat ons ontvangst deed was beduidend vriendelijker dan die van de ochtend erna. Klantvriendelijker.
Het ontbijt was echt ondermaats, werd niet vanzelf aangevuld, koffie niet te drinken, alles was zeer basic en totaal géén service van de persoon die aanwezig was. We moesten zelf vragen achter meer beleg, koffie,... Het meisje was nergens te vinden, niet aan het onthaal, niet aan het ontbijt, ze zat steeds in de keuken. Plots wou iedereen uit checken en stond er niemand aan het onthaal, we moesten ze zelf uit de keuken roepen. Wat doe je daar als je ook het ontbijt niet aanvult?
Ik boek hier nooit meer. We hebben 111 euro betaald voor een ouderwetse kamer, bed dat doorhangt, gordijnen die niet afsluiten, een gedeeld terras te hebben en dan bovenstaande service mee te maken aan het ontbijt... Wauw. Zeer onprofessioneel. Het leek trouwens alsof we binnen kwamen in "een ander soort hotel", de 2 aparte bedden spraken dat wel tegen 😅 , dus echt heel jammer van deze ervaring. We hadden veel meer verwacht van een Thermae hotel.
Ik geef een 3/10.
