Le personnel est incroyable rien à dire je recommande à 100%, ils sont hyper souriant, gentil et ils vous aident si vous ne connaissez pas la ville ils vous donnent des bons plans! A proximité de pleins de monuments vous pouvez faire pleins de choses en marchant pas besoin de prendre les transports et si vous voulez prendre le trams… les stations sont à proximité de l’hôtel

Jó fekvésű, ódivatú óvárosi szállás.

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, kb. 5 perc a Hagia Sophia mecset, minden látnivaló gyalogosan könnyen elérhető. A reggeli tipikusan török volt, sok zöldséggel, ami nekünk nagyon tetszett. A személyzet segítőkész. A berendezés ódivatú, de tiszta és kényelmes.

Cons:

Sajnos a fürdőszobában elűzhetetlen csatornaszag volt, a csempén és a fugákban penészfoltok, pedig volt elszívó.

The only real highlight of this hotel is its location, which is very convenient for sightseeing in Istanbul. The breakfast spread was also decent in terms of variety.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the negatives significantly outweighed the positives during our stay:

Room Condition & Hygiene: The room felt very worn out and neglected. Due to the age of the building and poor ventilation, there was a persistent, unpleasant smell and high humidity. The bathroom was exceptionally tiny, cramped, and had a very foul odor.

Cleanliness Standards: I was surprised to find that housekeeping only occurs every 3 days. In 2026, this is a very low standard for a hotel. Furthermore, the lobby and stairs were visibly dirty throughout our stay.

Check-in & Service: Despite the standard check-in times, our room was not ready until 4:00 PM. Additionally, unlike most hotels in Istanbul that provide daily bottled water, this property does not offer any, so be prepared to buy your own.

Noise Levels: Because it is an older building, there is zero soundproofing. We could hear every footstep on the stairs and from the floors above, which made it very difficult to rest.

!!!! Please check the expiration dates on the food. During breakfast, we discovered that the mini jams and honey served to guests were expired. This is a serious health and safety concern, so I recommend inspecting all packaged items before consuming them.

اقامة مميزة وشكرا على الترقية الى غرفة افضل

نزلت في هذا الفندق اكثر من 4 مرات. موقعة ممتاز غرفة مناسبة والموظفيين متعاونين والفطور مقبول جدا

اخر مرة حجز غرفة ثلاثية في البدروم ولما وصلت عملوا لي ترقية الى غرفة افضل في الطابق الثاني بدون مقابل يشكرون على هذه الخدمة

يوجد ازعاق بعض الشي لان الفندق المجاور به كافي في السطح وصوت الموسيقى عالى ومزعج بعض الشي والى ساعات متاخرة اللي نومه حساس راح يعاني

وبعض الغرف لا يوجد بها ستائر لتغطية ضوء الشمس بالكامل وتعاني في الصباح لو اردت تنام

Очень удобное местоположение, вежливый и дружелюбный персонал, а ещё есть 10% скидки в рядом стоящих ресторанах.

Cons:

Слышимость в номерах. Первую ночь провели номере K1 в соседнем здании, которая расположена над помещением для завтраков. Если вы любите поспать, то эта комната не для Вас - с 6 утра будет очень шумно.
Также будет напрягать шум в номера первого этажа, где расположен ресепшен - гости могут ночью пообщаться с портье и вы будет прекрасно это слышать.

Расположение ок, рядом с Айя-София. Бесплатное бронирование, можно переночевать короткое время и переехать в другой отель.

Cons:

Номер очень старый, стены необходимо красить, уборка не производилась, грязный санузел, сырость (плесень), хорошо хоть с собой взяла своё полотенце (их были сомнительного вида)
