Cons:

The shuttle service was disappointing. I had booked an airport shuttle for 9:00 PM. I checked out of my room at 8:40 PM and waited for the shuttle for about 20 minutes, but it never arrived. At 9:05 PM, I went to the reception to ask what was going on, only to be told that the shuttle had already left.

The staff showed no interest in helping me, even after I explained that I had been waiting there the whole time and had booked it. As a result, I had to order a taxi and pay for it myself, which was frustrating and a waste of time.

Food was very average.

Tolles Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp vor dem Weiterflug
Pros:

Die direkte Nähe zum Flughafen, da wir dieses Hotel nur für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp vor der Weiterreise genutzt haben. Der Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen war top organisiert und hat gut geklappt. Nur das Finden der Haltestelle war ein bisschen schwierig, da nur ein Schild vom Hotel Pullman angebracht ist, jedoch alle Hotelshuttles von hier abfahren.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
