Close to airport, reliable shuttle.

Cons:

Staff at desk were inexperienced and made no attempt to allow an early check-in. Not what I've experienced in other chain hotels. A lot of us arrive in SP early am after all night flights and some flexibility would be appreciated. The staff had no awareness of this at all.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone needing a short stay near GRU Airport.
Pros:

The shuttle service made transfers easy and stress-free, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant — the Brazilian dishes were delicious and breakfast offered a great selection. My only small disappointment was the lack of a proper English tea. That aside, I would happily stay again and recommend it for airport stopovers.

Pros:

O hotel surpreendeu pela ótima localização, quartos de tamanho ok, e ótimo café da manhã.
O preço foi muito bom para o que oferece.

Cons:

Preço do quarto com cama de casal bem mais caro. Como eu fiquei somente uma noite, eu e minha esposa optamos por duas camas de solteiro.
