Pros:

Good location, and nice idea if staying for any length of time, but current road works make it difficult to enter and exit (not the properties fault). Decent air con and heating.

Cons:

I was allocated an accessibility room for some reason. Bathroom/wet room in particular felt it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. Toilet seat and back were old and dirty and seen better days. All the taps sprayed water all over the place, and no shower gel. Tv remote in front room didn’t work.
Parking extra at £7.50 pday, which either I missed or wasn’t mentioned…
I’m sure I was offered breakfast on my booking but none available as it’s self catering

Pros:

Room had a clean kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer! The bed was a big hard for my taste, but manageable.
