Location. Close to attractions but quiet. Have a small kitchen in the suite and washing machine in the basement.

Like all the old buildings, you smell the old drainage from the toilet though it is clean.

Really nice place for this price and area. clean and tidy. I highly recommend it!
Pros:

This accommodation was excellent, especially considering the price. The house was very tidy and clean; even though it was in the basement, it felt really nice and comfortable. The staff, especially, Yusef, was very considerate and helpful. Thanks to all of them for the great stay!

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare tutto e distante il giusto dal caos. Yusuf è stato super cordiale e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Cons:

Bagno forse un pochino piccolo ma sufficiente per un breve soggiorno, materassi e cuscini da rivedere.

Pros:

Booked two apartments. Clean, comfortable apartments with all you need for your stay (warm showers, comfortable beds, kitchen, communal laundry). Friendly neighbours. Very short walk (5 minutes) to the Hippodrome. Great lication to use as a base.

Pros:

Our apartment was on the 3rd floor accessible via stairs. The unit is comfortable and contains all the features listed. There is a darkening curtain that can be pulled across the unit to separate the sleeping / sitting areas. There is also a rooftop terrace that provides a place to sit and has some local city views.
We mistakenly arrived without working cell/internet reception but a friendly neighbor contacted our Host and we were greeted by the local on-premises host. She was very helpful and even walked us 3 blocks to the local grocery store so we could purchase supplies.
This is a good location since many of the Sultanahmet Square and other areas are within walking distance up the hill.
The host was always quick to respond to any requests and answer any questions. The photos do appear to show two different apartment units, so you would need to clarify which unit you'll be in. We enjoyed our stay.

Excelente escolha para a estadia em Istambul
Pros:

Apartamento pequeno mas muito bem localizado, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e de transportes públicos e equipado com tudo necessário para uma boa estadia. O proprietário é extremamente simpático e disponível para ajudar.

Cons:

Não houve nada que não gostasse. Foi tudo muito bom.

Замечательный отель! Чистый, красивый, теплый номер (даже квартира). Комната и кухня, все работает, теплый пол в туалете. В отеле есть терраса с видом на море, на которой можно завтракать/обедать и ужинать) До Голубой мечети чуть больше 5 минут. Рядом есть кафе и магазины. Очень красивый район, возвращались поздно - проблем никаких не было. Владельцы пошли на встречу при позднем заселении и позднем выселении, спасибо большой им за это.

The basement apartment is an excellent central and very clean place to stay if one is a single (or couple) traveller on a tight budget.
