Pros:

There was plenty of space.

Cons:

The staff weren't rude but they were unfamiliar with customer service. For example, the 2 of us ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant and they served and tried to charge us for a 6-person bowl of noodles instead of 1! By the time the dish came to the table, it was too late to send it back.
It was also very cold in the corridors and atrium as there was no heating in the public spaces (in December).
