Quality Inn

The staff were great. The building was on par with its price. Be d no surprises. There was a lot of noise with traffic and people shouting outside. Nothing the staff could do, they were not guests. They were definitely having fun, just kept me awake several times throughout the night.

Was all good very comfortable

Breakfast not to healthy as there were no variety of fruits; just apples. It would have been nice to have some bananas and oranges

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The motel itself was very clean as was our room. It is getting dated though and the hot tub jets could not be turned on because the nob was missing. The pool was clean and cool.

Horrible hot tub was just as cold as the pool and the gym sucks Thats why they don’t have many picss

Hotel was clean. Room was sufficient in size and amenities. Hot tub was broken, but the pool was operational. Breakfast was standard for hotel included. Overall very happy with our stay.

The room was clean and very quiet.

Stayed in room 304. There was a dead fly in our bed. Shooed that away because we were tired. Then the drawers started opening on their own. We tried to jam things in them to keep them shut and not luck. Slammed the closed only to have the others start opening. With extreme tiredness we gave up and went to bed.

We were not told when checking in that we needed an extra key to get into the pool area so we had to go back to the desk to get one as well as towels.The pool was freezing and the hot tub not only looked dirty but also did not work. The gym had only one cable machine and it was broken. Very little for weights. Rugs in the rooms looked like they needed a really good shampoo.

Not much. Room smelled. Food wrappers left from previous guests. Dirty carpets. Crumbs and food under microwave. Toilet kept plugging slow to fill. Sink plugged. Wall paper peeling. TV. Remote filthy! Pool ice cold. Hot tub not working and yellow water. Curtains hanging off. Window screen ripped. Noisy rumbling sound coming from somewhere all night. We would not stay here ever again!!

Nice hotel but hot tub was not working.

Hot tub not working, a room with no tub. Cool in the room.

Should use real plates and utensils . Save money and the planet.

We were in town for a concert at the Avenir Centre. Access to and from highway was excellent. Parking was very well lit and very safe. Staff were the very best.

Clean but tired.

The Fridge Freezer in the room needed to be defrosted. I needed room for My ICE PACKS because of My Husbands DIABETES to keep HIS SYRINGES Cold. Otherwise was very very good.........................Mary and Ed Benoit
