The room was nice, but my overall stay was not satisfactory.
Pros:

The convenience of the location for the purpose of the stay.

Cons:

The toilet in my room didn’t work. I had to move to another room. Also, all of the construction happening inside the hotel. There could at least be some signs apologizing for the inconvenience and a note before you come so you’re not blind sided.

This site has ongoing construction so amenities like the pool and the exercise room were not available. Disappointed.

Great clean place with a convenient on and off the instate with a great staff.
Pros:

The place was convenient and the staff was exceptional. Form the late night check in to the breakfast, the lady who was taking care of the breakfast area was the best. She stayed busy keeping everything in order but also was very friendly and we had a great conversation with her. She definitely was a person who goes above and beyond.

Cons:

The pool was closed and the gym was as well due to the renovation.

Overall it was a good stay
Pros:

The room was awesome! Lay out was not expected but ver nice. The light switch to the bathroom on the bed side lamp was nice!

Cons:

Had to wait several minutes for someone to show up to sign us in. None of the front desk peole checking in or out were very friendly. The bed made a funny think when it was sat on and was higher at the foot. (It wasnt level)

In all the experience was good
Pros:

The room was spacious and conducive, big enough for a family of five. It also has adequate space for our bags and luggages.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned was damp and had visible mold on the wall. Although the staff promptly moved us to another room after we reported it, such a noticeable issue should have been identified and addressed before the room was assigned to a guest. Also, the carpet in the room got wet anytime we take a bath. There was no visible water coming from the bathroom door so it must have been a problem with the plumbing. The swimming pool was also closed for renovation which should have been communicated before checking.

The room was really nice, The staff were very friendly.Pretty decent selection on the breakfast bar.

The pool area was closed because of construction, couldn't be helped but would've been nice to know, so we could have planned accordingly

Overall disappointing. Would not stay there again unfortunately.

Cons:

A couple of staff members made comments about us showing up to breakfast late - we were 30 minutes until breakfast closed. Another one shut lights off while we were still in there visiting. Construction woke us up at 6:30a.m. There was zero advertising that there was construction going on. Pool was closed when I specifically booked because it advertised you had a pool. Again, should’ve been notified beforehand. Our toilet was messed up and we were told “I mean I can try to find you a plunger” and never heard back from anyone. We had to use the restroom downstairs that you have to have a code for.
