Las habitaciones son hermosas. Amplias, cómodas, limpias. El baño muy cómodo.

Cons:

Las cosas de panadería no eran feas, pero tampoco muy ricas. Podrían tener mejores medialunas. Buenos Aires se caracteriza por tener muy buenas medialunas!!

La ubicación es lo único para destacar

Cons:

El servicio y la atención han decaído considerablemente. Hasta el minibar lo han quitado. Las canillas del lavabo perdían agua y la limpieza de la habitación dejaba hastante que desear. Relación precio, calidad, servicio no es la adecuada. Hemos estado alejándonos en ese hotel a menudo pero considero que no iremos más.

Pros:

La cama súper grande el balcón, me tocó estar en el 3er piso hab 301 y espectacular como siempre! El desayuno y personal impecable!

Cons:

Les pedí servicio de despertador a las 6 porque tenía unos trámites importantes y no llamaron 🥹 pero se solucionó escuché mi despertador 😄

El check out es 11:00 horas y pedi retirar el auto del estacionamientl a las 13 y no tuvieron problemas, ya que tenian disponibilidad! Estuvieron muy amables.

Cons:

Que hoy al salir me cobraron 59.000 pesos argentinos disque de un impuesto de la ciudad . No me dieron recibo y nunca me hablaron de ese impuesto. Debieron cobraelo el dia que llegue y no el dia de salida. Igualmemte no ponen ni una botella de agua de bienvenida . Habian 2 botellas. Las cobraron por 6.000 pesos . Le di al recepcionista 20.000 pesos y me devolvio 4.000 . Me creyo bobo. Yo no le hice reclamo lo deje por que ya iba de salida. Pero me vine muy aburrido con la actitud del encargado hoy de la recepcion.

La amplitud y equipamiento de la habitación

Cons:

No funcionaba el ascensor para silla de ruedas de la entrada, fue reparado un día después.Tampoco estuvo habilitado gimnasio ni estacionamiento , personal de conserjería no muy amable, con excepción de la niña. Poca variedad de elección en desayuno, no había fruta , salvo un picoteo

A comfortable room in a nice location, WITHOUT WiFi in the room.
Pros:

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The staff is polite and attentive. The hotel location is appropriate for a tourism trip. A visit to Parque de la Costa, in Tigre, was a nice experience for our kids.

Cons:

If you need WiFi to perform simple tasks such as answering emails and talking over WhatsApp, this is NOT your hotel. Their WiFi is awful. Despite daily complaints to the front desk, it remained unusable. I had to go down to the lobby to answer my emails.
