Pros:

Accept our late check in and allowed us to check out an hour after the usual check out time. Location was ok and staff were attentative.

Cons:

Because this booking was a group booking, one of the room #207 had faulty electronic and tv remote was not working. Room#211 power point was not working. It was reported and my collegue guest moved to room 201 to share room with another collegue.
Hope the hotel fixed the defects for nxt guest use.

I would use this facility again, it is decent value for money.
Pros:

Great area. Excellent restaurants within close walking distance.

A decent budget hotel with friendly staffs but cleanlinesss concerns, impractical bathroom layout and limited transport
Pros:

Staffs - helped us to check-in & check out smoothly and also offered us the airport drop off services.

Size of the room was fair according to the price we paid.

Cons:

1. First impression, the smell. It smelled mouldy. (Probably the building must be really old or something)
2. The floor looked muddy/dirty.
3. The toilet seat is facing towards the shower screen glass and there’s not much gap between them. Your knees will hit the glass while sitting.
4. The water from the shower area gets all over the bathroom if you don’t put loads of bath mat/ towels.
5. I’m not sure but the buses were getting delayed around these areas and trains aren’t close by.

the view could be better, but we understand the limitations in Singapore and value wise, we were pleased.
