Un hôtel très agréable dans une ville fabuleuse
Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté des lieux et la gentillesse du personnel. Les produits pour le bain et la toilette.

Cons:

Les chambres manquent de personnalité. La décoration est froide. Très peu de rangement dans les chambres surtout quand on occupe la chambre à deux.

Son emplacement au cœur d Aix en Provence

Cons:

Il y avait une importante odeur d égout dans la salle de d bain que j ai indiqué à la réception lors du Check out le matin.
Il m a été répondu « on va mettre du produit » ni d excuse ni de désolé et manifestement juste un petit coup de pshit
Cet hôtel avait du prestige et de la classe…. Avant!
