Design chambre. Accueil

Cons:

Spa inaccessible, on pense reserver une chambre et un accès au spa mais c’est pas du tout ça. Le spa est soit disant complet et réservé sur plusieurs jours.
Les femmes de ménage passent l’aspirateur à 08h devant la porte de la chambre et discutent comme si personne ne dormait derrière la porte.

L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas de plus ils nous ont collé au 4 eme étage,
Au lieu d’embaucher du personnel de l’âge de 20 ans au smic horaire,
Il ferait mieux de prendre des pros .
Même pas un geste commercial.
Je déconseille fortement cette établissement

Belle chambre belle accueil

Cons:

3 choses :

1.Problème avec les cartes de chambres changez 2 fois avant notre départ la femme de chambre a dû nous ouvrir une dernière fois.
2. L'insonorisation réveillé 3 fois la nuit ou le matin tôt 😭
3. Réservation avec petit déjeuné Cadeau pour ma compagne ont va au déjeuner la serveuse nous montre la carte et nous dit ces temps car ce n'est pas compris dans la réservation hors si et du lui dire bref ... Ce renseigne me mes tendu elle aussi par la suite et ma dégoûté je suis très déçu sur cela
