Great location, very clean and comfortable facilities, unlimited free coffee, terrific view !
Pros:

The room was immaculate, the view of the bay superb, and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only issue was the TV - neither the audio nor the video worked properly. As we only spent time in the room late at night and early in the morning, however, this proved not to be much of an issue after all.

Cons:

Pool area smelled very bad. the entire back wall is covered in black mold. took my kids swimming and had to leave after some time because i got a head ache from the awful smell and got a sore throat. people traveling for hockey stayed on the floor above and were extremely loud until midnight/1am. Bathroom had dirt all over the floor, hair all throughout the shower from previous people. While trying to get my toddlers toy that went under the bed, I found an empty liquor bottle and a bunch of garbage under the bed and a moldy pepperoni stick.

I would return.
Cons:

the bathroom could of been a bit cleaner, there was hair and urine around the toilet. and hairs left by someone previously in the shower. also the orange buildup around the shower could have been clean. well otherwise.

Great affordable price for a convenient location in the heart of St. Andrews
Pros:

View is incredible and location is central to all our activities. Room had all the required amenities for our stay.

Cons:

just needed to have the patio cleaned from the items and ashes left behind by previous visitors.

This is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay!
Pros:

The large room had a balcony and water view! The room and bathroom were clean and still had a new feeling.

Cons:

The neighbors were talking too loudly! I turned on the fan to drown them out.

Wouldn't be in a hurry to come back.
Pros:

Location and view which overlooked the inlet. Had full refrigerator and kitchenette.

Cons:

Blind and pop-up drain in bathroom sink not working. No way to regulate temp and cold air blowing through gap in balcony door. Only one lamp otherwise had to use overhead lights. Breakfast meagre (yogurt and donut) and only aone choice of donut which was not very good. Small pull-up table wobbly and not in good condition.
