Location, comfort and the staff was awesome

Everything! Location, the room, the view, and especially the staff!

The water view, and bathroom. Pool was spacious and with a large windows looking out to the water. Located at a perfect location with multiple restaurants a very short walk away.

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. When I booked, I thought I was just booking a regular room but ended up with a full-size refrigerator and a full-size stove. We really didn’t utilize them except for one night, but it was really nice to have them available. There was a sitting area plus the two beds, two different TVs a wonderful patio right off the room. The views were spectacular and if you had a person with mobility issues, you could walk across the lawn and up the side to the parking lot instead of doing using the stairs. Finally we used the pool on our last night there and was really surprised to find out that it wasn’t bathwater warm. It was nice and cool and refreshing. I was in a room that I believe had been newly renovated and the only thing I would say is it needs to have hooks or some kind of place to hang jackets or dry towels. All the staff was wonderful and so friendly and the location was absolutely phenomenal.

Pas grand-chose. Après nous avoir demandé si on avait réservé avec Booking, on nous a upgradé pour une suite 2 lits queen standard au lieu d'une chambre standard 2 lits queen. On a pensé que c'était une bonne nouvelle. Oh que non!
La vue et l'emplacement sont bien mais disponibles ailleurs. On a regretté de ne pas avoir demandé de voir les 2 chambres avant d'accepté la proposition. Un établissement qui vit sur sa réputation du passé.

La vue de la chambre sur la baie, c’est juste wow, l’épicerie proche et à côté du centre ville.

Nous avions une chambre rénovée et la toilette refait au complet. Et des planchés de bois refait.

From check in to check out our experience at this hotel was very positive. Friendly staff. very clean room and spectacular view of the water. We were given a room downstairs from the office. As this is an older building the stairs going down were dark carpet and even though it was lit up, seemed darkish when going down or up the stairs. This particular floor would not be great for anyone with mobility issues. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The furniture was dated but all in all everything was great and clean. Nice bathroom with standup shower lots of hot water and different settings on the shower nozzle to choose your desired spray pattern. On site parking. It was very quiet and was nice to sit on the patio overlooking the water. It was a perfect evening and spectacular view. Only thing we did not like on the patio was the chairs, they were far too low for us but we made do. No continental breakfast but hot coffee, yogurt and doughnuts(plain but tasted homemade) in the morning. Coffee is offered 24 hrs. Of all the accommodations available in St. Andrews this one was not the cheapest but about middle of them all. In my opinion, great value for all the choices we had of places to stay in St. Andrews. Walking distance to restaurants (within minutes), pubs and liquor store(across the street).

I stayed at Saint Andrews Inn and Suites for 4 nights at the beginning of June. This hotel not only has fantastic ocean views but was extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and the coffee, yogurt and donuts were a nice touch! I didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. I loved I could walk everywhere I wanted to go from the hotel. I would definitely book this again. Excellent value for amazing views.

Renovated rooms, clean, comfortable beds, nice access to sea view backyard. Fridge and microwave were convenient.

Le service du personnel accueillant et souriant ça vaut beaucoup. Endroit situé sur le bord de l'eau pour admirer les marées tout en restant à l'hôtel. Endroit à quelques pas des restaurants, et bien situé près de certaines attractions. Notre séjour a été parfait.
