Claudio and Valentina were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and very kind. Thank you for making my mother's birthday a little more special. The dinner was amazing!

We stayed at NH overnight due to major travel delays! We walked in and were greeted by a beautiful and lovely smelling lobby which is greatly valued after staying other places on our trip. Then Gaetano and Gino were there to make the late night check in smooth and welcoming! We slept in comfortable and fresh beds and then had to get up and go again but enjoyed every our every moment of the stay. When we come back to Sicily we will 100% select this property again as it was very centralized and seemed to have plenty to do around the hotel.

Great hotel . Since the minute we walked in they were very helpful . Rooms are super nice clean .Claudio the bartender is amazing. He does super great drinks and also helped us with some restaurants and beach clubs . Very nice guy and make your stay even more enjoyable. We always stay at NH Collection and this one is a great one .

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were genuinely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail reflected a high standard of hospitality. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Palermo on foot, and the staff were present.
Unfortunately, our stay didn't quite live up to expectations. I paid €576 for three nights for an entry-level room for one adult and a one-year-old, and the room was extremely small. Other members of our party paid around €360 for three nights as single occupants and were allocated significantly larger rooms, so the value for money didn't feel particularly good.
A travel cot had been provided, which was appreciated, but it had been set up directly in front of the balcony door, so we had to move it ourselves. The desk was almost unusable as it was covered with welcome trays, around ten glasses and mugs, and a large table lamp that didn't work. Neither of the bedside lamps worked either.
On the first morning, after I'd unpacked everything and taken a shower, I found hair in the shower tray. Reception dealt with the complaint professionally and offered to move us to another room, but with a toddler and all our belongings unpacked, it wasn't practical. Instead, they arranged for maintenance to reseal the shower while we were out for the day, which resolved the issue.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. However, I'd avoid eating dinner at the hotel. The evening menu was expensive and didn't offer particularly good value.
One positive for families is that the hotel provides high chairs, which many restaurants in Palermo don't.
I was also disappointed that a late check-out wasn't available when I asked, especially as other rooms in our party were able to extend theirs.
Overall, while the location, breakfast and friendly staff are definite positives, the room quality and value for money left me disappointed. Personally, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

No one even asked "was everything ok with your stay?" on checking out.

Service from Claudio and the reception team have been super for our family holiday.

It’s a great location on the main street in Palermo, so easy for most attractions and numerous bars and restaurants.
Some rooms have over bath showers and if this is not your preference then request in advance as it’s usually a busy hotel so changes are difficult on arrival.
Adequate breakfast but service hit and miss, some days coffee is brought by waiter other days you have to queue for the only coffee machine in the room.
Rooms are modern and adequate with usb outlets. If you can afford it go for an XL room for more space.

Very nice hotel on an ideal location. The staff is the highlight of this hotel.

The excellent service from all staff. Especially our server name Elavdio at breakfast buffet restaurant. We picked Junior suite, the room has sufficient space and is cozy and comfortable.

Very elegant hotel. I've been to other NH hotels before, but this is the nicest. The staff is friendly, and the best breakfast was Claudio, always ready and kind to serve me.

A great hotel with super friendly staff. Great location, really nice and friendly service. In particular Claudio, who served us at the breakfast buffet. After two days he knew our preferences for coffee and eggs and treated us as if we had come there to stay for years. We loved the hotel and can only recommend it.

What a warm welcome sitting at the bar, enjoying an aperol-spritz, made by Claudio - He surely is a win for all guests!

Claudio saved the Day after bad weather and a not so satisfying room-situation (wich was thankfully resolved). With his friendly attitude and his kind smile, he invited us to stay a little longer at the bar and have some great conversations about food and dining.

Nice and cozy hotel. beautiful and spacious room, excellently equipped. breakfast food of good quality and varied, with lots of savory and sweet options. staff extremely helpful. hotel location perfect, with numerous sights within a 20 minute walk. we will be happy to come back!
