The excellent service from all staff. Especially our server name Elavdio at breakfast buffet restaurant. We picked Junior suite, the room has sufficient space and is cozy and comfortable.

Very elegant hotel. I've been to other NH hotels before, but this is the nicest. The staff is friendly, and the best breakfast was Claudio, always ready and kind to serve me.

A great hotel with super friendly staff. Great location, really nice and friendly service. In particular Claudio, who served us at the breakfast buffet. After two days he knew our preferences for coffee and eggs and treated us as if we had come there to stay for years. We loved the hotel and can only recommend it.

What a warm welcome sitting at the bar, enjoying an aperol-spritz, made by Claudio - He surely is a win for all guests!
Rooms where okay - the view could be better tho.

Claudio saved the Day after bad weather and a not so satisfying room-situation (wich was thankfully resolved). With his friendly attitude and his kind smile, he invited us to stay a little longer at the bar and have some great conversations about food and dining.

Nice and cozy hotel. beautiful and spacious room, excellently equipped. breakfast food of good quality and varied, with lots of savory and sweet options. staff extremely helpful. hotel location perfect, with numerous sights within a 20 minute walk. we will be happy to come back!

This hotel was amazing!!! It felt super luxe! We got a free upgrade to a jr suite which was fantastic. Plenty of room plus a really large bathroom area. The location was perfect for us - really easy walk to all the top sights plus lots of restaurants right there. The breakfast was excellent. If ever in Palermo again, we would absolutely stay here! Felt like this was a great value.

We stayed 5 nights in this convenient hotel with superb staff and Lorenzo who provided all help to us. Also shout out to their suggested black car driver Alessio who took us to Agrigento and airport. He was a very courteous and professional. Would definitely stay here again when back in Palermo.

The experience overall was very good: location, views from the room balcony, room cleaning support, wifi and the staff - a special thank you to Valentina for her helpfulness and exceptional assistance during the visit.

Perfect location . We walked everywhere from the hotel everyday. Staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean.

We did have a bit of a hot water issues last few days. One day it was just warm and they apologized and said the water heater was being fixed. But the water after that was never as hot as the first day but hotter than when it was just warm.

Breakfast was plentiful and a good selection for everyone.
The bar is really lovely and they accommodated us to eat there one afternoon when it was closed.

Only issue we had was that there wasn't always hot enough water to take a bath (evenings). 🥲
Warm enough for a shower though. 👍

The front desk staff, especially Valentine and Fabliosa made us feel very welcome and helped us acclimate to Palermo.

Beautiful property, very comfortable room regarding space, bed & temperature. We had a junior suite with balcony. Housekeeping staff needs a bit help. Each day we had to go to the front desk for items they forgot to restock. Otherwise, nice location.

Overall, beautiful room and hotel. I would give it a 5 star, but house keeping staff I would give a 3 star. Nice team, just not organized or goes beyond. Each day we had to request items they forgot to refill in our room.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the room was nice and big for 3 people and had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Matteo was very pleasant and attentive during our dinner!! It was a pleasure having him serve us :)

We stayed here for 3 days and it’s the perfect location to explore the streets of Palermo. Prime location and modern facilities. We loved their breakfast buffet too. We also ate at their restaurant and Matteo gave us the best hospitable service :)
