Good experience.
Pros:

Clean and the staff were accommodating.

Cons:

Had a reservation for 3, which specified a room with a pull out sofa. Had to ask for a room change and then later for blankets for the sofa. The charging block didn't work.

Best balcony stay-cation EVER!
Pros:

I was immediately greeted with A1 customer service from Ms. Sharonda. She was so informative & helpful. I’ll be booking again for sure. The property itself is very private & lowkey. No unnecessary staff knocks at the door or interactions.

Uncomfortable, and very disappointed that they were representing the Marriott Brand.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and courteous.

Cons:

The room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There were cobwebs and dust on top of the microwave, and the coffee service—placed in the bathroom—was very dusty. The bathroom also had no ventilation. One of the rooms had wasps, which we reported to the front desk, but we were told they were unsure of the source and that little could be done. The bed in one room was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the pull-out sofa mattress was stained, worn, and not suitable for sleeping. Also, when checking out at 5:30 am, there was no one at the front desk, so we left our room keys because we had a flight to catch. The cocktail bistro was not very welcoming, and the food presented was not appetizing. Overall, I was very disappointed in the quality of this Courtyard Marriott. I love the Marriott brand and have never had a bad experience until now. Would love to see this property live up to the Marriott brand.
