Disappointing
Pros:

Location with free parking.

Cons:

Old, needs remodeling, dirty furniture, poor quality of bed linen, poor quality of pillows. Just overall rundown, did not expect this of a Courtyard Marriott. Will not stay in another.

Cons:

Didn't quite live up to the Marriott experience. Mattress were horrible. The one on the sofa bed was actually very nasty.
