Pros:

Stephanie at the front desk greeted us with a big smile and welcome. Much needed for weary travelers. I was pleasantly surprised how close to Wright Patterson Air Base the hotel actually is. Right at the gate. And so close to the Air Museum and Wright State University. Rooms were big, clean, very nice. There is a restaurant at the facilities, but we didn't try it. Looked nice though. Very nice stay!

Like the place. Having the Resturant attached was great. The breakfast buffet was not the best. It was ok.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location to Air Force Museum. It had a restaurant and bar. Great price. Clean and nice condition. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The pillow lumpy but we should have asked for replacements.

Cons:

I booked a double room with a double bed for a family of four through Booking.com and paid in advance. Upon checking in and entering the room, I was surprised to find only one bed and a sofa, not two beds as expected. When I brought this up with the staff, they insisted the room was "technically" a double room because the sofa was a pull-out bed.
I was extremely disappointed by their dismissive attitude, which made me feel foolish for expecting a proper double room. With We had no choice but to settle for the room, which left two of us sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa bed filled with springs.
The worst part was the repeated insistence that the room met the description, without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience or offer of a price adjustment. While the property itself seemed decent, this experience left a bad impression.

Clean, affordable place to stay for a night.
Pros:

Plenty of parking and just outside the gate to WPAFB.

Cons:

I was traveling with my dog. The website stated "charges may apply" so I called directly to the hotel to ask what the charges might be. The woman responded that there would be no additional charge; however, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that an additional $75 charge would be added for the dog. NOT dog friendly!!!

Better than Motel 6, but wasn't Hapton Inn.

Cons:

There was a periodic machinery noise. After 11:00 I contacted desk; several tries. Ended up changing rooms to a different wing. The desk staffer KNEW about the noise because he'd stayed in that wing to keep working during a snow storm. So staff knows about the issue but doesn't address it, only reacts to a complaint. So two rooms to clean. TV remote didn't match up with set in the second room. Too late at night to care.
