Petit hôtel comme j'aime en trouver
Pros:

Mon petit hôtel préféré de Brest. Pour son rapport qualité/prix. C'est simple, propre, confortable, calme, à prix abordable.
Central tout en étant un peu à l'écart. Proche de la gare mais assez loin pour ne rien entendre des trains.
Que dire... Ah oui, à deux pas de l'emplacement de l'hôtel disparu, où jack Kerouac a séjourné pendant son séjour à Brest, à la recherche de ses origines, dont il parle dans "Satori à Paris".

Pros:

Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durfte früher einchecken und vorher schon mein Gepäck abstellen. Mein Rad konnte ich über Nacht in einer Garage parken. Der Bahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe und zum Gare maritime ist es auch nicht weit, z. B. zum Essen. Habe gut geschlafen und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Pénible à cause de la chaleur
Pros:

La chambre avec 2 lits comme demandé

Cons:

Pas de climatisation ni ventilateur alors que c était un soir de canicule intense.
La fenêtre ne s ouvrait qu en oscillo battant, j' ai demandé une autre chambre avec une fenêtre qui fonctionne ce que j' ai obtenu

Pros:

Einfaches Hotelchen in Innenstadtrandlage, sehr sauber, wenn auch ziemlich angejahrt; sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück, hoteleigene Parkgarage. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Es besteht schon großer Renovierungsbedarf - die Innenausstattung des Zimmers dürfte aus den 90ern stammen, auch die Teppichböden machen einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck.

C'était convivial la chambre et l'entrée...l accueil est agréable.

Cons:

Un petit bémol comme on doit être au rendez vous séminaire 8h30, le petit déjeuner ouvre 8h, mieux 7h30 pour les clients qui ont le rdv, les horaires à modifier le matin..tout est bien !

L'emplacement

Cons:

Deuxième réservations et secondes fois la chambre est loin d'être impeccable des miettes de nourriture sous le bureau et sous la chaise odeur de remonter dans la salle de bain le robinet du lavabo à peine fixé
