Geweldig verblijf – absoluut een aanrader!
Pros:

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad bij Four Points Flex by Sheraton Køge. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen bij de receptie, wat meteen een goede eerste indruk gaf.

Het hotel heeft een mooie, moderne design lounge en de kamers zijn basic stijlvol ingericht, schoon en comfortabel. Alles voelt nieuw en goed verzorgd aan.

De locatie is ideaal: binnen 5 minuten lopen sta je in het centrum en bij de haven, waar gezellige barretjes en restaurants te vinden zijn. Daarnaast is het erg handig dat er een supermarkt recht tegenover het hotel zit.

Ook het gratis parkeren is een groot pluspunt!

Kortom: een fijne combinatie van comfort, locatie en service. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Cons:

De entree had qua uitstraling iets meer in lijn mogen zijn met de Sheraton-stijl; deze voelde wat basic in vergelijking met de rest van het hotel.

Værelset var ikke som bestilt. Receptionen lukkede klokken 15. Servicetelefonen endte blindt. Utroligt dårlig behandling

Vi havde booket til 2 personer, men der var kun redt op til 1 person. Receptionen var lukket allerede klokken 15 og det opgivne servicenummer svarede ikke. Jeg fandt et lokalt nummer på en planche på værelset og blev guidet af en reception på et andet hotel, hvor jeg blev henvist til hvor jeg som gæst kunne finde dyne og linned nede i hotellets kælder. Hele operationen tog 1,5 time. Jeg har aldrig haft en lignende oplevelse. Det var en service under nulpunktet. Jeg var rasende.

Koselig område men dårlig luft på rommet.
Pros:

Fin beliggenhet nære byen, restauranter og stranden. Stor gratis parkeringsplass rett på yttersiden.
Rommet var fresht.

Cons:

Ikke aircondition på rommet, og derfor veldig dårlig luft og temperatur å sove i. Mye støy fra gaten som var meget trafikkert. Vi bodde i 1 etg og ikke aktuelt med åpent vindu for bedre luft.

i liked window towards train tracks. parking really spacious. bathroom was also super nice
