Excellent hotel overall! The room was comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful, and the view was magnificent!

Cons:

Breakfast could benefit from a few more hot options, such as bacon, scrambled eggs or omelettes, sausages, or perhaps a pie or pastry.

Also, the half-board dinner menu was not particularly flexible when it came to accommodating children who prefer simpler food without sauces, certain vegetables, etc. There were limited alternatives available, so you essentially have to rely on the chef’s set menu for the day.

Malheureusement pour un grand hôtel comme celui-ci, ils ne pouvait pas prévoir quelques personnes en plus sans réservation au préalable. Dommage.

Pros:

Igényes, tiszta szállás, pont annyira távol a központtól, ami még kényelmes sétával áthidalható! Kényelmes ágyak, tágas fürdő, nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet.
Finom, választékos és bőséges reggeli!

Cons:

A gyerekek fürdőjében nem volt tusfürdő, a gyerekszoba olvasólámpáját nem lehetett lekapcsolni!

Hotel s atmosférou.
Pros:

Umístění hotelu v širším centru Davosu. Obdrželi jsme turistickou Davos Klosters card (zdarma BUS po Davosu - super, pohodlné, auto jsme tím pádem nepoužívali, slevy na vlak, lanovky). Snídaně bufet (nebyl "teplý" - tedy bez párků apod., ale ostatních potravin rozmanitě, takže OK). Večeře čtyři chody, jednotné menu. Ale každý večer gurmánský zážitek, některé chutě velmi překvapující, ale vše výborné. Personál velmi příjemný, na recepci se střídali dva recepční, oba dva s respektem k cizinci (například mluvili krásně pomalu anglicky). A dokonce v restauraci krajanka, servírka z Česka. Hotel si udržuje nádech historie, krásné dobové fotky, některé zrestaurované vybavení v kombinaci s novým a moderním. U pokoje úžasná terasa s úžasným výhledem a s úžasnými ratanovými lehátky. Parkování před hotelem (a asi taky v garáži) za 5 CHF/den.

Cons:

Nemáme nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.

Pros:

Das Hotel Edelweiss hat uns in jeder Hinsicht begeistert. Das ehemalige Sanatorium für Lungenerkrankungen wurde mit viel Gespür in ein modernes und stilvolles Hotel verwandelt, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Dank der leicht erhöhten Lage geniesst man eine wunderschöne Aussicht und kann direkt vom Hotel aus zu Spaziergängen auf dem Panoramaweg aufbrechen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Gastfreundschaft und Service werden hier wirklich grossgeschrieben – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Nicht zuletzt möchten wir uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die beiden Zimmer-Upgrades bedanken. Diese grosszügige Geste hat uns sehr gefreut und wir haben sie wirklich sehr geschätzt.

Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
