Good property and stay
No coffee makers in room I had to go downstairs and get coffee every time aggravating
And the swimming pool is not functional and I stayed there three days
Location was right off of interstate, hotel one of top rated in the area, first night cost was reasonable. Breakfast was really good w/ lots of options. Room and dining area very clean. Comfy bed and pillows.
I was charged $5 higher than Booking.com’s rate due to “card fee.” How else are you supposed to book a room online?? I feel that’s a ridiculous charge. Manager agreed to drop. I haven’t verified bank account. Staff took 5-10 mins to come to the desk at peak check out time. They were in the back office and ignored or didn’t hear my repeated calls to them. I also called on the telecom outside the door. No response. A little pricey on the weekend! ($170/king)

Good location
Beds were horribly worn down
The location was exactly where I needed it to be
The air would not stay on. It was 80 degrees when I got there. I kept trying to make it work. I called down to ask if there was a trick. Guy at front desk came to look. He did the same thing I had been doing and said it was working fine and left. It was not. It eventually climbed to 89 degrees. My friend who owns a hvac co came to look at it and he said it needed Freon and that I needed another room. The guy at desk argued with my friend but I finally got a new room and the air worked fine.
Location was convenient. The room was clean and quiet.
I had trouble the second night connecting my computer to wifi.
Convent, close to highway, next to restaurants. Neat remote shade closures.
Hot tub was cold and jets don’t work. We booked the room knowing we wanted to use the hot tub and were sadly disappointed. Only one elevator was working, leading to delays in going between floors.
