A restful place to stay after a long day of work.
Pros:

Location was convenient. The room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

I had trouble the second night connecting my computer to wifi.

Convenient, but could use a few improvements
Pros:

Convent, close to highway, next to restaurants. Neat remote shade closures.

Cons:

Hot tub was cold and jets don’t work. We booked the room knowing we wanted to use the hot tub and were sadly disappointed. Only one elevator was working, leading to delays in going between floors.

Indoor pool, breakfast, front desk was kind, the man serving breakfast was kind, clean room

Cons:

Indoor pool was cold and so was hot tub. The lady serving breakfast was rude. Metal was sticking out of bed frame

Summed up above… we will be back but hope it’s cleaner and more friendly staff… also stocked

I loved how beautiful everything was.

Cons:

It wasn’t the cleanest… dirt on the counters… hair, band-aides, finger nails… by the pool… no towels were stocked at the pool our whole 24 hours there… front desk man super nice… the lady not so much and the maid were rude when I asked about towels for the pool 👎

Pros:

Cinnamon rolls were good.

Cons:

Horel did not have a reservation for us. Had to call you. They wanted to charge a higher rate than we were quoted.

Overall…. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating (besides the WiFi).
Pros:

Breakfast was standard. Coffee was good.

Cons:

Wi-Fi didn’t work and after the third call about it. My wife and 5 boys I was traveling with, I got aggravated and decided to use my own personal WiFi box. Which doesn’t really work well between 3 rooms.
