The restaurant and food were great. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Seamless extended check out process.
In the bathroom, the basin tap is too close to the bottom of the basin. It makes it difficult to use water.
Please consider providing work friendly tables in the rooms.

size of the room and bathroom were great but as expected as that is why i booked the room i did .

the supper we ate was pleasant
First, at peak hour when most people want to shower and go to bed, there was no hot water. when i asked, i was told that geysers were still refilling and to give it 2 hours. i was not prepared to wait till 10pm to shower, so i went to bed unclean, i was especially looking forward to a nice long bath so i was not satisfied at all, ive never heard of a hotel not having hot water .
The supper we had at the restaurant was nice.
but the chocolate brownie desert tasted like sand, it was awful and not worth R115.00
at the day and age we live in , the hotel should really get a smart tv allowing people to just log into their own accounts or at least have a full DSTV package the tv channels offered were horrible.
the plug in the wall was hanging out and looked unsafe
it was also situated right where the kettle is
the garden view was not a garden view, it was a view of a very big wall with a patch of grass between the patio and wall, that is not a "garden view"
there was an awful sewerage smell in the hotel, i thought it was the lake , but outside smelt fine.
the hotel its self did not smell good
the pillows were so incredibly hard i could not sleep on them at all
i was very uncomfortable and slept on nothing.
with us being in the colder months, there was no additional blankets
the aircon system did not work
i felt that i did not get the luxury experience i was hoping to of had.
breakfast, there was no plates to dish up where the muffins/cold food station was. i had to take the plate that had the serving spoon resting on it
no water as an option by the juices
no separate spoons for dishing up the jams so you had to use the same spoon
we sat at the same table we sat at where we had dinner, the table had not even been reset
it was missing the fork etc i had eaten with and the spoon we had used
so once we got our hot meal we had to wait for cutlery.

The place is remarkable. The staff were amazing.

Some of the employees were very supportive and friendly. The friendly restaurant employees. The quiet location and the great breakfast.
I arrived early. 11am. Even though they charged me an additional fee of 500R. As it is a no-smoking hotel, the people were forced to smoke outside. Right infront of the reception there were always smoked cigarettes on the ground. Maybe a ashtray will solve the issue. One day i was passing staff and i heard them saying that i must be on wheat. I don’t even smoke. Not nice.
Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig.
Es war alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Personal teilweise genervt von Fragen und früh 6Uhr war halligalli im Gemeinschaftsraum der Mitarbeiter.
