Pros:

What a gem! Loved the fact that the carpets weren't smelly and they were clean, rooms are super spacious with big showers and a tub.

Could have been better.
Pros:

Rooms are big, comfortable but a little out dated. It’s a much older building. Clean, breakfast is awesome and staff are very accommodating.

Cons:

Having to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room with loaded suitcases even though the staff helped. Aircon was not working correctly in the room and there was no safe in the room.
Parking is also very tight. We have stayed more than once and never had a noise issue but this time other guests were noisy coming and going early hours of the morning.

No microwave in rooms, parking is small, building is old so no lift to upper floors.

Decent hotel but expected a little more. Staff excellent
Pros:

Staff were excellent, most of the facilities good.

Cons:

Room was of poor standard. Many light bulbs not working, doors-windows not closing properly, TV/Netflix no connection.
