Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca de todo: tiendas, Catedral a 10 minutos, desde el tren andando también 10 minutos. Pese a que está en el centro es muy silencioso y se duerme bien.

La ubicación es muy buena para visitar el casco antiguo de Murcia.

Cons:

Necesita algo de mantenimiento en habitaciones y baño. Poca iluminación en la habitación y necesitaría una conmutada en la entrada para no tener que ir hasta la cama para encender la luz.
