Amazing view
Pros:

The corridors and restaurant were super nicely decorated! Amazing breakfast!

Cons:

The cheese in the salad was in the title but not very much on the plate. Three tiny pieces of goatcheese who were more the dough around then cheese within. The room was not that cosy.

Will not stay there again
Pros:

The room was spacious and well appointed.

Cons:

Dinner menu was very limited. Man at front was on the telephone for at least 5 minutes while i waited to check out and never apologised when he finally got off, No smile, nothing.
Staff at breakfast never greeted us , nor did they utter a single word all the time that we were there. They acted like civil servants!

Très moyen mais Bouillon est une ville qui mérite le détours

Petit déjeuner bien
Hotel très cosy et bien situé mais

Cons:

Le sommier et le matelas très dur fait pour durer avec l’impression de coucher sur une planche
Le frigidaire dans la chambre avec ses vibrations intermittentes qui vous éveille la nuit
Bref une mauvaise nuit
