Een markant verblijf in een historisch hotel.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met zitgedeelte en uitzicht op de Semois. Kwalitatief goed restaurant in het hotel.
Mogelijkheid tot interne garage met laadmogelijkheid voor EV.
Ontvangst / bediening vriendelijk, behulpzaam en correct professioneel.

Pros:

Een in de basis geweldig hotel met goede faciliteiten. Goed restaurant, veel authentieke grandeur. Prima ontbijt en merendeels vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De lokatie is geweldig en de parkeerfaciliteiten tegen betaling in eigen garage goed.

Cons:

De aangeboden kamer (210)was helaas ver onder de maat. Hier zou een zwerver niet willen slapen. Lekkende kranen, afgebladderde verf, krakende vloeren, veel en schadelijke schimmel in de badkamer.
Ondanks de in beginsel positieve ervaringen, heeft dit ons verblijf zeer negatief beïnvloed. Bij het uitchecken werden we door de receptioniste verwittigd dat de standaardkamer die aan Booking.com wordt aangeboden en waarvan er slechts twee beschikbaar zijn, voor een dermate lage prijs (117 euro) worden aangeboden, dat je hier ook niets voor kunt verwachten. We vonden dit shockerend en vinden dat Booking.com hiervan op de hoogte moet worden gebracht. Van alle door ons bij Booking.com geboekte hotelovernachtingen is dit absoluut de slechtste ervaring. De smalende manier waarop er een relatie werd gelegd tussen de slechte kwaliteit en Booking.com herkennen wij dan ook in het geheel niet en we vinden dan ook dat Booking.com hier naar dient te kijken.

Visite aux flambeaux du château de Bouillon.
Pros:

C’etait super ! Les personnes sont très aimables .
Dans le centre ,parfait pour découvrir la ville et le château.
Nous avions réservé une place de parking dans le garage, c’etait parfait !

Zeer aangenaam!!!!!
Pros:

Uitstekend restaurant en degelijk ontbijt. Het onthaalpersoneel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, in uitstekend Nederlands. De kamers waren prima, hetgeen je mag verwachten van een 4-sterren Hotel.

Cons:

Geen negatieve opmerkingen. Het Hotel is een aanrader.

Bon séjour, belle situation géographique

Bon petit-déjeuner mais le prix trop élevé

Le bruit (grincement)du plancher à chaque pas des chambres du premier étage, l’on sais directement quand les occupants des chambre voisine sont réveillés ainsi que l’insonorisation des chambres
