Slechte service, geen 4 sterren waard.

Eigenlijk alles. We hadden gekozen voor een goed hotel ( 4*) voor de laatste overnachting van onze vakantie, We werden helemaal in een hoek geplaatst - verder kon niet. Geen restaurant voor de avond, maar ook geen aanbevelingen. Personeel was niet echt vriendelijk. Douche in bad, is niet echt prettig. Geen WIFI bereik, klacht over ingediend. Ontbijt was gewoon slecht. Wij kwamen om 8.20 uur bij het ontbijt. Veel dingen niet meer aanwezig. Personeel niet te vinden. Koffie ook niet aangevuld etc. Dit hotel is o.i. geen 4 sterren waard. Helaas.

Pros:

L'emplacement, le parking et la chambre

Cons:

Personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée. Juste une enveloppe déposée sur le bureau.
Pas d'ascenseur
Le sol de la chambre pas net (longs cheveux et poussière)
L'heure du petit déjeuner : on nous a dit petit déjeuner jusque 10h30. Alors que réellement, il était servi jusque 9h00.
La dame a râlé et a refusé de préparer. Elle a juste cuit qq croissants pour les enfants
Nous avons juste eu du pain, le restant de saucisse et le restant d'œufs... Tout était froid !!!

Ruime kamers, gemakkelijk parkeren en heerlijk ontbijtbuffet

Gordijnen in de kamer waren te kort waardoor er snel licht was in de kamer.

Excellent location, good value for money.
Pros:

Location is very good if you want to be in Flanders region. Breakfast is excellent. The room was large enough and comfortable. Very quiet.
Free parking

Cons:

I assume you can’t have dinner there as no one mentioned it. It does get very busy with events, weddings but it’s no problem
