Pros:

Exceptional service. There was an issue with my reservation room type and the management promptly addressed it and upgraded me to a wonderful suite. The view was and balcony were beautiful! Thank you!

4 jours magiques au coeur des dolomites
Pros:

Absolument tout !
Le personnel est très chaleureux, les personnes de l'accueil sont très disponibles et leurs conseils sont très avisés.
Les chambres sont très grandes, extrêmement confortables (les lits sont immenses !), à l'équipement très complet et très bien pensé, impossible de manquer de quoi que ce soit. On était dans une suite avec cuisine très pratique.
L'emplacement est top, en plein coeur du village de San Cassiano, a deux pas des petits commerces et restaurants. On est très proche du téléphérique pour la très belle balade de Pralongia via le téléphérique du piz sorega. L'accès à la randonnée du Laguzuoi est aussi très rapide (on recommande d'aller au refuge, c'est une rando magnifique et sans doute moins couru que les rando classiques des dolomites).
Les petits déjeuners sont vraiment très bons et très complets, le personnel y est aux petits soins.
Le spa est super, avec 2 sauna, un hammam, un bain d'eau glacée et un bain chaud, tout est là pour se refaire une santé après une longue marche. Juste un détail, qui n'est pas si anodin : l'espace spa est nudiste (on l'a découvert sur place :), mais avec une serviette ça le fait et le personnel est assez conciliant

Pros:

The property was in a great location and everything was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the spa, easy on-site underground parking and incredible breakfast!

Cons:

The bed was a bit firm and the room got pretty warm at night when trying to sleep.

Beautiful location in Alta Badia
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

We stayed as a family of three, with a four-year-old. The Megalodonte Suite was perfect for us, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for our stay - including a faucet with regenerated mountain water. We highly appreciated the design of the room, with zero plastic and a two separate access points to the bathroom.

Breakfast was rich and varied, spanning from sweet to savory dishes and drinks served buffet-style, with the option to order hot drinks and eggs.

Parking on site was very convenient, easy to access and located underground.

A convention with a 15% discount with a nearby ski/bike/stroller rental service was also included.

The staff was not just kind, but extremely caring in tending to my daughter and our needs.

We cherished every moment of our stay!

Arguably the greatest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The property, the rooms, the staff, the hospitality. This place went above and beyond and it was seriously noticed. No other place put in the effort these guys did. Makes a huge difference and deserves to be recognized.

חדרי משפחה - למי שרגיש לרעש יש לקחת בחשבון שחלק מהחדרים בצד הקרוב לכביש (לא סואן אך מורגש בייחוד כאשר החלונות פתוחים לאוורור).
החדרים ללא מזגן, בימי הקיץ החמים מעט חם לרבות במהלך הלילה.
