Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. Location was good but substandard rooms outdated and lack of basic items no AC or even fan in 35degree heat..no bathroom essentials..and dirty cups on coffee tray, staff made me feel like I made mistake by stating I should have known rooms are never ready until after 3pm.. so what was point in asking time we will arrive when booking?? We drove 4hrs to wait further 2 hrs while maids supposedly had get room ready, yet I saw nothing special in room to warrant 2hr wait. Also no parking on site as was full but we booked night prior at £117 to have no allocated parking space we had drive around to park car. I personally would not use this hotel again it needed major updating and was shabby. How can they on hottest day in years not have AC or even room fan??? Windows barely opened enough to get air..( old style) only bonus was near beach, other than that it spoilt my experience for price for 1 night...unless they improve their rooms I doubt it will be popular..but for over £100 I would expect basics in room... towels were hard, supposed be double room yet had 2 single beds...curtains were half fixed so couldnt draw closed...decor was like 1980s...truthfully after driving 4hrs to reach there to then be told room wasnt ready was very unprofessional and careless I was a paying customer and was spoken to like I was dumb and should just put up and shut up..we had to take luggage back to car and drive around to find parking space...so why wasnt I allocated a spot at hotel I paid for????? The advertising is misleading at best. Waiting rooms had no AC so can you imagine driving 4hrs in 34degree heat to then sit in waiting area because room wasn't ready? So what was point of booking online isn't that whole purpose to book and be ready for guests arrival??? Never heard such excuse as what they told us, that house staff have yet to do room!!!! They had all of 15+hrs after I booked online to make it a priority for customers.

It was close to the beach the swimming pool was nice hotel was clean .
The rooms was to stuffy the shower didn’t work properly and the fan was to old and no air was coming out , and the lifts took ages coming .

The rooms were not near to each other. We booked 3 rooms. I would say very far from each other. We asked to be near to our children’s room. Very narrow everywhere. Hard to mobilise with the pushchair. There was no soap in the room. It was too late to ask for it. We mention in the morning to the reception and they just say: hmm well…
Sam at the reception was really helpful and friendly made my stay very enjoyable it was very happy to help with whatever I needed.
