Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note when booking 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.

Pros:

The staff were very kind and friendly, the my son enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna very much, we were less than 5 min to beach and town centre was very close.

For what we paid, the hotel location and facilities represented good value for money.
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. The pool was great and the staff were always helpful.

Cons:

The room was a little small for myself, my wife and our son. The TV did not allow us to view some of the channels on Freeview! We ran out of liquid soap and had to request a refill quite late in the evening. Breakfast was fine but the sausages were awful. Finally, I was hoping to order a traditional Engilsh Afternoon Tea, but the hotel does not do them!

Pros:

Everyone was amazing — kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. I had a small issue with our room, and they quickly moved us to a better room at no extra charge. They were also so lovely and patient with my energetic son.

The food was incredible, especially the linguine carbonara — we practically licked our plates clean! 😋

From the breakfast team and bar staff to the dinner servers and reception — everyone made us feel right at home, like part of the family. The swimming pool was wonderful, with the perfect temperature, plus the sauna and spa were amazing too. The whole weekend was such a fantastic experience. We truly loved this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

Not worth the money
Pros:

Overall, the property was good because it was close by the beach
But the rooms were sooo far from each other
The guy who showed us the new room he was very friendly and kind thank you to him

Cons:

The staff could be more friendly not all but only some rest all were really good
The most disappointing was they gave us the wrong room first we book full deluxe room and they gave me and my friend normal room which we were very sad at the first then they changed it thank you for that it was not worth the money I was hungry so I came at the restaurant down and just order onion ring it was worst I couldn’t even have second bite I informed the staff member and I just changed it with a drink it was not worth my money and we were for breakfast for 2 days I wanted hot milk first day I requested the staff for hot milk they gave me hot milk the second day when I asked they gave me like it was not even hot it was medium cold milk

Lovely stay at this hotel very easy access car park was a bit tight but manageable.
Staff were really friendly

cannot fault it apart from no aircon which is fine, the fan that was in the room was very noisy and dirty
