Pros:

Hotel is gevestigd op een hele mooie locatie. Vieuws vanuit het hotel in de nacht zijn geweldig.

Cons:

De locatie en het uitzicht van het hotel zijn goed, maar verder viel het verblijf tegen. De kamers zijn erg klein en zodra je de deur opent sta je eigenlijk al midden in de kamer. De badkamer en douche waren niet echt schoon. Het bed was ook niet comfortabel; het voelde meer als een simpele lattenbodem en de hoeslakens kwamen elke nacht los. Daarnaast was het vrij warm in de kamer en werkte de airco niet goed. De faciliteiten waren teleurstellend: de sauna werkte niet en de jacuzzi was kapot. Het ontbijt was prima, maar niets bijzonders. Al met al biedt het hotel weinig behalve het uitzicht.

A great hotel away from the hustle of town with amazing views

Everything was wonderful !
The location away from the city was a bonus but you definitely need a car !
The views were amazing too and the spa was very relaxing and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Totul a fost minunat, camera curata, pat confortabil, mic-dejun variat. Cu siguranță revenim pentru peisajele minunate ce se vad de pe terasa exterioară.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in den Bergen und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Luzern und die Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Service ist sehr freundlich und der Wellnessbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Ruhe und Aussicht - kein vollwertiges SPA in Betrieb
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt dezentral mit schöner Aussicht über Luzern. Mineralwasser und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war sehr gut.
Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit, aber die Rezeption ist zeitweilig nicht besetzt und niemand erreichbar.
Aus Kostengründen habe ich auf das Frühstück verzichtet, jedoch erhielt ich einen feinen Kaffee und Gipfeli kostenlos.
Abendessen im Restaurant war fein, nur für grosses Budget gedacht. auch die Getränkepreise lassen sich sehen. Die Speisekarte hat keine grosse Auswahl. Fast alle Gerichte sind fleischlastig.
Tip für Reisende, welche im März Abendsonne mögen: Die Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den See haben keine.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Hotel aufgrund des SPA-Angebots gebucht. Leider ist vom SPA nur die Sauna benutzbar, keine Sprudel- oder Bademöglichkeit.
Die Zimmer weisen kleine Mängel auf (Türe von 209 lässt sich nicht abschliessen, Deckenspot funktioniert nicht, Fernseher lässt sich nicht ausschalten, Spinnweben auf dem Balkon, Zimmer 303 Schalter von Lampe defekt, Zimmer 309 konnte wegen Rauchgestank nicht bezogen werden). Da die Zimmer aber sonst luxoriös sind, kann man über diese Dinge hinwegsehen. Die Preisgestaltung ist Verhandlungssache. Obwohl die Verlängerung mit einer fixen Rate gebucht war, wollte man mir eine viel höhere Rechnung präsentieren. Schlussendlich haben wir uns geeinigt, jedoch scheint das Reservationssystem nicht korrekt zu funktionieren.

Hôtel au calme, très belle vue sur la ville et le lac de jour comme de nuit, endroit parfait pour se ressourcer et chambre très confortable, restaurant excellent aussi !

Le calme , la vue un endroit prévu pour les enfants. Plutôt sympas . On a très bien manger sur place . Les enfants on la place pour bouger et courir.
La vue est magnifique c est vraiment un point fort .

Cons:

Le bruit des couloir qui peut déranger, et certain meuble abîmer qui peuvent être dangereux pour les enfants.
Mais rien de vraiment grave ou vraiment negatif

Aufgrund der abenteuerlichen Anreise und der hellhörigen Zimmer würde ich hier nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Parken ist gratis.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Anreise steil den Berg rauf (zum Glück lag gerade kein Schnee) Fernseher ohne Sleep-Timer.
