Das beste Hotel um Pilatus auf eigener Faust zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Pilatus Station in Kriens, eignet sich bestens für Bergwanderung. Wir sind 30 Min zu Fuß hingewandert aber nach einem langen Wandertag waren 40 Min.bergauf zu laufen ein bisschen herausfordernd :-) Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf dem See ist bilderbuchschön. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Besser hätte es nicht seien können :-)

Perfect. Peaceful. Idyllic setting. Close to the city.
Pros:

Location. Location. Location! It’s up on a hill overlooking the city and lake and mountains. Stunning views, especially at sunrise. Even just watching the sheep on the hillside was pleasurable and so peaceful. Rooms are very clean and updated. Even the hallways look nice. The sheets are soft and crisp, wonderful down pillows and comforter. Having shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower was a nice amenity. We didn’t try the restaurant or use the spa so I can’t speak to that. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check in and checkout were a breeze. Parking on site was adequate for our SUV.

Cons:

The heat pump is located on the balcony and was rather noisy every time it kicked on. But it did keep the room a nice temperature.

Temizlik konusunda maalesef odaya gittiğimizde havlu olarak verdikleri kirli çok çok kirli bir havlu geldi. Teyit alabilirsiniz personele gösterdim mide bulandırıcı idi.

קיבלנו חדר עם 2 מרפסות 😍.
בבוקר קמנו לצלילי פעמוני הפרות.
למלון יש ספא, שבו עשיתי מסז לרגליים, משהו שהייתי צריכה אירי טיול של 5 ימים בשויץ המטורפת. הצוות ממש ניסה לעשות הכל בשבילנו. החדר היה חלומי😍

Une belle vue difficile d’accès

La vue depuis l’hôtel. Le calme.

Cons:

Un personnel parfois peu aimable. Une restauration assez quelconque. Des routes d’accès fort étroites rendant certains croisements de véhicules assez délicats.

Le spa en panne et la mauvaise humeur du serveur ne me donne pas envie de retourner

Le petit déjeuner 26.- la table n’était pas mise,je suis allé chercher le matériel seul pour mettre la table.lorsque je demande au serveur un café et un thé il me dis qu’il ne parle pas français mais anglais.Je pense que cafe et thé c’est vraiment facile à comprendre.Il me dit après lui avoir dit calmement cafe et thé il me répète aggressivement je ne parle pas français.Ensuite nous avons attendu plus de 15 minutes pour payer ce fameux déjeuner à 26.-
