I loved the prime location and the stunning views. The hotel is situated very close to all the main vibrant spots, making it super convenient to get around. Additionally, having access to spacious, hassle-free parking was a huge plus for us. Despite being so close to the city's energy, the atmosphere inside was remarkably quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. An exceptional stay overall!

Altes Hotel mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal
Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Einige Defekte wurden nicht repariert, z.B. fehlende Türgriffe, kaputte Spiegel.
Glas für Zähneputzen gibt es nur einmal, obwohl zwei dort wohnen.

Wat een locatie! Het hotel staat boven op de berg met prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Ook is er een spa, met wederom mooi uitzicht. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en attent. Alles wat we nodig hadden, werd verzorgd.

Cons:

De kamer en badkamer waren iets kleiner dan verwacht en de plafonds waren wat laag. Voor iemand van bijna 2 meter voelt het dus wat klein.

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist hervorragend. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, auf der schöne Terrasse zu sitzen. Man hat einen Blick über Luzern und die Seen. Besonders das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war außerordentlich freundlich.

Cons:

Die Handtücher sind in die Jahre gekommen. Sie passten nicht zu dem sonst sehr chic wirkenden Hotel.
