Great quiet location away from main town, plus if you have your car. Great view of town/lake Lucerne area on one side and quite mountains on the other side. Great friendly staff, food qty was large and great.
Slight easier access will be a plus point or a shuttle service to town.
Restaurant, the chef and the personal is amazing. The view and the location is great.
The room wasn't so great. The sink was clogged. The closet door was broken. IPTV box was fallen off and didn't work properly in the beginning. Also room service didn't clean the room properly.

I booked a room with ac, when I got there I said the room didn’t have ac and the receptionist made a few different excuses to why, like her supervisor was not there and she could not change me to a room with ac, next morning I complained again and got a completely different excuse first this reception said I didn’t book with ac, I proceeded to show my booked and she said oh the ac unit was taken out and it’s not in place right now, and then she said oh those rooms don’t have ac just the other side does. So a completely different excuse each time. And it affected my sleep terribly
Amazing location and the view is fantastic. The SPA looks ok, but I didn't use it.
Hotel is a bit dated. Could use some manteinance and definitely needs a deep cleaning. It looks a bit abandoned. It's not cheap, so it should be a bit better.
The hotel is sitting on the hill overlooking Lucerne. Great to have breakfast with the view. There is free parking and some SPA area which I did’t attend and have no opinion about.
The hotel is trying to look luxurious with all these Luxury awards in the hall but the reality is it is not. There was a feeling they cut their expenses when building as much as possible. When we arrived there were a lot of dudes on supercars, looking like criminals from eastern europe. When we found no USB outlets in the room, I didn’t let my 16 y old daughter to go to lobby for an adapter as I would in any other hotel. And lastly, all fruits in the buffet were beyond the expiration date.
