A spacious, comfortable hotel with an excellent location. I really liked the large and comfortable room, where there was everything you needed, especially a large Smart TV, large mirrors, live roses and a beautiful view of the city)😍🥰 The staff is very nice and wonderful, especially the guys from the Reception - Tom, Pim, Zoo and Aya - were kind to me❤️ They were always friendly, positive and happy to help. I felt the Care and professionalism from the Guys. They helped me solve my booking problems. Thanks a lot for Tom) 🙏🏻❤️ Thank you for the hospitality of the hotel! I really enjoyed staying at your hotel 🫶🏻

Cons:

We had booked a suite as we travelled as a family with two teenagers. When we arrived at 9pm, they told us they didn't have a such a room and it was booking.com that got it wrong! They were very poor in explaining this to us. They told us their sister hotel could provide us with interconnecting rooms. It was a few minutes walk away..we asked for transport which they provided. Very stressful disappointing after just arriving in Bangkok. Area is not very nice either and would not recommend.
