- hotel niet of nauwelijks bereikbaar met auto wegens wegwerkzaamheden die al lang duren maar niet te zien zijn op Google Maps. Staf gebeld, maar die wist ook geen oplossing.
- nauwelijks verlichting in de lift.
- zwarte vloer en zwarte trap met 3 treden naar badkamer, vooral 's nachts in het donker zeer gevaarlijk.
- geen daglicht in de kamer.
- airco kan niet koelen, alleen verwarmen.

Cet hôtel a besoin d’amour, les murs à repeindre, les tapis sont sales. Il non pas de deuxième clé ou de carte et aussi de machine à glace rien de disponible aucun accommodement pour la clientèle et surtout le personnel à l’accueil non souriant, et très nonchalant.

Ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage, aber deutliche Mängel bei Schlafkomfort, Frühstück, Sauberkeit und Service.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Es liegt sehr zentral, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und andere Ziele sind bequem und schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Für die Erkundung der Stadt ist die Lage wirklich ideal.

Cons:

Leider gab es mehrere Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben.

Besonders störend war das Oberlicht in unserem Zimmer, das sich nicht abdunkeln liess. Dadurch blieb das Zimmer auch nachts so hell, dass wir extra in ein Geschäft gehen und Schlafmasken kaufen mussten, um überhaupt vernünftig schlafen zu können.

Auch der Frühstücksraum hat uns nicht überzeugt. Der Raum ist sehr laut und scheint kaum schallgedämmt zu sein. Die Anordnung empfanden wir ebenfalls als wenig angenehm. Hinzu kamen deutliche Mängel beim Frühstück und beim Service: Die Croissants wirkten nicht frisch, Kaffee und Wasser wurden nicht selbstständig nachgefüllt. Wir mussten mehrfach zur Rezeption gehen und darum bitten.

Besonders unangenehm war die mangelnde Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum. Benutzte Tische wurden nicht zeitnah gereinigt; Krümel und Essensreste der vorherigen Gäste blieben auf den Tischen liegen.

Auch der Service an der Rezeption hat uns nicht überzeugt. Beim Check-in wurden die Informationen sehr schnell und teilweise schwer verständlich vermittelt. Am Morgen hatten wir zudem den Eindruck, dass wenig Aufmerksamkeit darauf verwendet wurde, den Frühstücksbereich zu kontrollieren, Tische zu reinigen oder fehlende Getränke und Speisen nachzufüllen.

Insgesamt sind es teilweise kleine Dinge, in ihrer Summe haben sie unseren Aufenthalt jedoch erheblich beeinträchtigt. Angesichts des verlangten Preises hätten wir einen deutlich höheren Standard bei Komfort, Sauberkeit und Service erwartet.

Montreal è una bellissima città e nonostante tutto abbiano goduto di tutto..( fuori hotel)

Colazione pessima. Abbiamo fatto colazione fuori hotel.l'unica cosa che ci è piaciuta... Il posto e il pareggio auto.

Cons:

L' appartamento e' vecchio stile e, mentre offre tante cose extra, radio, telefono, TV ecc. . Il tutto non funziona. Il bagno aveva due docce... Belle solo da vedere... Una era fuori uso e l'altra poco funzionava.

Sehr gute Lage im Viertel Golden Square Mile. Downtown, Hafen, Metro alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück, wie so oft in Kanada etwas spartanisch. Zimmer sauber, tolle Dusche, hell (Oberlicht).
