The shuttle bus stop is located at exit number 2 of Shin-Osaka Station Midosuji Line. Shuttles operate between 07:00 and 22:00, and come every hour at minutes 05, 20, 35, and 50. The last shuttle departs the station at 23:05.

The property is a 15-minute walk from exit 2 of Shin-Osaka Station Midosuji Line.

Due to renovations of rooms, the hotel will be under construction between January and February 2021. Guests may experience some noise between 10:00-15:00.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

安いホテルとしては妥当。
Pros:

シャトルバスがある点。
客室もこの価格にしては広めな点が良い。

Cons:

・部屋にあるコンセント式の鏡のライトが壊れていて電気がつかなかった。(きちんとチェックしておいて欲しい)
・隣や廊下の音がすごく響く
・チェックイン前の荷物預かりで、「場所空いてないのでそこら辺に置いといてください」と海外スタッフに言われたこと(その後日本人スタッフさんはきちんと対応してくださいました。)
・清掃があまり行き届いていない。きちんとベットも整えていて欲しいです。ぐちゃぐちゃのままでした。

よかった
Pros:

作りは古いかもしれませんが、お部屋は綺麗で清潔でした。快適に過ごすことができました。

シャンプー類もPOLAを使用していて、安心でした。

Cons:

共同で使う電子レンジのスペースをもう少し改善していただけたらよいかなと思いました。

安ければまた泊まりたいが、です。

枕が2個、リネンはきれい。

Cons:

ユニットバスの排水溝が詰まって流れが非常に悪い。フロントに電話したら、すぐ作業員が来て対応してくれたのはよかった。

新幹線の線路に近いにもかかわらず静かでした。
部屋はとてもきれいでした。

電灯が一括して入切されてしまうため個別で使えずに困りました。
クシなどの備品の一部がまとめて一階にあり持

Very nice and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and prominent location within walkable distance from the Shin-Osaka station.

Cons:

More vegetarian food options in the breakfast or regular menu would have been very helpful. However, the staff tried their best to make some vegetarian dishes which is not in the menu.
