Staff was very accommodating, Breaffast was standard but amazing carrot cake and a tasty manzana homemade preserve jam

Viaje con mi pareja y el hotel estuvo genial. Fue el lugar perfecto para recuperase depues de mucha actividad fisica en el Chalten. Las instalaciones estan bonitas, buen spa y la atencion impeccable.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The hotel feels dated and needs renovations. The slippers were never provided even though I asked twice. Was charged for 2 coke cans and 2 small waters from mini bar 33,500 ars even though nowhere in the room it said that it cost money. Upon check out in the rude for was told that I should look for some QR code that after scanning it would have information. This has to be some kind of a joke. Shuttle only works 16:30 until 21:30. All other time had to take a taxi which is 7,000 ars one way since the hotel is outside of town. No coffee or tea in room. For the price absolutely look for different place to stay

La atencion exelente de toodo el personal del hotel, super atentos, avise que lo reserve por el cumple de mi pareja y que era sorpresa y me segundearon en todo momento para que fuera una sorpresa y hasta le llevaron un presente super rico

Imago was wonderful. The staff were highly professional and well informed. They helped and offered their services freely. Loved Ramiro who gave me important tips like which side of your bus to sit on to get best views. The pool and spa were so necessary after long hikes to ease tired muscles to do more. A gift. Paula was special and courteous. Thank you Imago and staff!

No air conditioning and too small

Interior of the property is good. Breakfast coffee was terrible. No parking lot. Far away from town. It offered shuttle service. The hotel mandated to use their exchange rate in favor to them that they can charge more. We can't pay with their currency even we have their custom tourist document. Other hotel allowed us to pay in local currency without threaten us to pay taxes.

Achei que para ser considerado um spa o sistema de reposição nos quartos bem ruim. Não havia reposição de sabonetes de pia, águas no frigobar por exemplo. Demais serviços muito bons.

Imago was nice and comfy place to stay. Is very easy to access and personal was kind and helpful. Pool is great.

Uma delícia de lugar! Amei muito e a funcionária Ana da recepção foi uma querida comigo. O hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro mas tem transfer de hora em hora, da pra pedir informação na recepção.

Pra quem gosta de descanso e vista, vai gostar.

Alejada del centro de calafate y eso la hace especial, todas las comodidades la hacen espectacular

O Hotel está classificado como 5*, mas, está longe disso. O atendimento na recepção é frio e despreparado, café da manhã bem básico com pouca variedade, SPA e quartos até são confortáveis, mas, nada de extraordinário. Ficamos na última noite em outro hotel 5* da cidade no qual pagamos um valor inferior e foi excelente, também ficamos em outros hotéis em Ushuaia que foram sensacionais.
Tudo é a relação custo-benefício, que neste hotel, não foi boa. Saímos decepcionados.
