Just left and already want to come back
Pros:

Everything, the service, the food, the location, the hospitality. When we had small inconveniences with the room and the parking spot the staff was extremely accommodating and immediately gave us a new parking and a new room. Could not have asked for a better stay, 10/10, we will be back!

schönes Hotel, super Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal ist eher lasch und unsicher, Emotionen fehlen, ist nicht aufmerksam beim Bestellen/Abräumen/Nachbestellen. Wir haben es beim Abendessen und auch beim Frühstück gleichermassen erlebt, was wir sehr schade fanden.

A wonderful stay in the Mountain of Engadin
Pros:

- Room was big enough for two people
- Spa environment was great
- Delicious Breakfast
- Unfortunately we can not rate the Dinner due to a Private Event, but it looks delicious
- Very close to the Lake Silvaplana

- Balcony Doors didn't close properly

Pros:

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Wir sind am Wochenende mit unserer Familie dorthin gefahren und haben uns großartig gefühlt. Das Hotel war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alle waren sehr nett und freundlich zu uns. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die beste Wahl für Erholung.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, sauber und gepflegt. Ebenso die die ganze Hotelanlage und die zwei Restaurants. Alles schön und liebevoll eingerichtet.
