Generally sYing it is a decent place to stay.I would book it again.
Pros:

The location is good, not so far from the city center, which can be reached with a short bus -ride or a 10 min Uber ride.It was convinient that a a Retail Center is righht by the hotel.The stuff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are decent , bed is confortable.

Cons:

There was no mini fridge to put our drinks and food in.
The bed was confortable enough but it would have been nice if there were more pillows .Two small pillows for two people is not enough.

Pros:

Good sauna and leisure facilities. Room very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Having to pay for leisure especially as other hotels allow guests to use free. It wasn’t clear when I booked it.

Would choose premier inn over here
Pros:

Price to stay was ok in comparison to other hotels on the region

Cons:

There a person whom has set their bedroom up in reception, arrived back from an evening meal to a person asleep in reception on a sofa-oodie, eye mask and blanket in situ on a sofa in reception, needless to say we did not sit in reception have a drink!
Following morning said set up was still there minus the actual person… who was potentially then manning reception

A good and pleasing choice of accommodation for our weekend stay in Durham
Pros:

The hotel was not far from the city centre by car, set back from the main road in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room was at the back of the hotel, looking out onto trees, with a road behind them. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Refreshments were available in the sports centre connected to the hotel 2 minutes walk away. We had an English breakfast both days, but there was some discrepancy as to what the breakfast should consist of. e.g. we were offered one slice of toast and one poached egg on Sunday, but two slices of toast, 2 poached eggs and mushrooms on Monday but were charged more! Other choices for breakfast were fairly limited.

Well worth repeating!
Pros:

cleanliness of the room, 2 single beds, carpet, bathroom and ample coffee and tea supply in the room. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

not necessarily better..... breakfast was not very elaborate but fine for the price we paid for the room/hotel. Cafe staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed too much for them to satisfy the hotel guests' queries.

Good value, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms. Ample parking, friendly & welcoming staff. Convenient location.

Cons:

If I had to be really picky......the only draught beer available is Stella....🤣. Horrible stuff.

Excellent location and value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location. Not too much traffic noise despite the nearness of the A1. Handy for trips north such as Beamish and Newcastle. Ample car parking.

Cons:

Breakfast menu at the adjacent health club would have been useful in the bedroom.

Pros:
