Well located hotel with helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

This hotel was our base as we flew in and out of Bari for our tour of Puglia. The hotel is well situated in the centre of the city, in easy walking distance of the old town and the seafront. Our flight was delayed coming in to Bari, which meant we arrived late in the evening. Pierangelo on the front desk was really helpful, recommending a great local restaurant that was still open and making sure we had everything that we needed after a long journey. The breakfast buffet is varied and good quality.

Good location but definitely not worth the rates charged.

Cons:

Shower door did not seal. Water all over bathroom floor and front desk staff gave us extra towels to mop up.
A/C. Did not work properly and again front desk staff not helpful.

Servizio garage da migliorare nei tempi, spazio dedicato per carico/scarico da gestire con ... più energia!
Illuminazione nelle stanze (le 2 abat jour non indipendenti, mancanza di prese da un lato del letto), mancanza di un gancio/appendino per l'asciugamano del viso/mani dopo il primo uso, un solo tappetino in bagno per l'uscita doccia e lavabo.
