Bonjour,
Nous avons payé 172€ la nuit pour cet établissement (Somerest) en pensant avoir un minimum de qualité… mais la réalité est tout autre.

Le logement est dans un état très dégradé :

* Murs fissurés avec traces d’humidité
* Joints de douche jaunis et pleins de moisissures
* Porte-papier toilette qui se détache du mur
* Matelas déchiré
* Télévision (connexion Netflix qui bug) et micro-ondes qui ne fonctionnent pas
* Eau chaude uniquement après 20 minutes d’attente

Rien n’est conforme à l’annonce. Les photos présentées sur Booking ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité.

C’est une grosse déception pour toute la famille et clairement pas acceptable pour ce prix. On a vraiment l’impression d’avoir été trompés.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sehr schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles wirkte sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider gar nicht gut. Nicht gerechtfertigt für den Preis.

Cons:

Drying clothes after washing with the in-unit machine is an issue. The drying function is not sufficient. Property can provide a few common commercial grade dryers in the property.
