disappointed for a Somerset Ascott branded property
Pros:

Location is quite near to city center.

Cons:

Most rooms face the main road and its quite noisy at night. Cannot get a good night’s sleep. Bed Sheet had a foot print and housekeeping didnt replace it despite request. cabinet door were squeaky.

Pros:

Close to many facilities
The 3 BR is good and had washing machine

Cons:

The furniture is a bit old

Hope the management can refurbish the torn and mouldy window curtains and furnitures.
