If you call you get a recorded message. Unless is between the hours of 11 to 12 and afternoon 3 till midnight (???)
Same at the office (a small trailer) is unoccupied unless for the same times as the phone

The room looked and felt clean except for the floor. AC worked and no other comments

Over all great place. Owner very active on the property and very helpful. Housekeeping on the other hand could take a little more time cleaning rooms. O please fix the ceiling fans very bad eye sore laying in the bed.

Worst place ever! do not use hotels.com
Pros:

We moved out after the first night, Place is a Rat trap. We tried contacting Hotels.com. But you make it impossible to get a hold of anyone. Last time we use hotels.com, I put it on the net how bad this was. Want the money back

Pros:

The room was very dirty, with hair everywhere. The shower was incredibly small—about 2x2 feet. The door knob was so loose it was about to fall off. The smell in the room was awful. Definitely not worth staying here.

Motel in the Florida Keys
Pros:

Based on location and price this resort is ok. The staff was very helpful but the resort doesn't provide anything special. They don't provide a microware, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron or any extra amenities. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in the Florida Keys this is fine but don't expect anything extra.

Room needs TLC big time.
Pros:

Room can use a REALLY good cleaning, fresh paint, shower faucets are rusty and rusty liquid stains are all over the walls under shower faucet. there are holes in ceilings, floors and bathroom were VERY dirty, floor base are moldy and in bad shape, Spider webs on ceiling walls, no hairdryer, no microwave or kitchen. I sank in the middle of the beds as the matresses are very old, No king size bed accommodation. Internet signals are super weak unless you get close to office.
If owners would put more TLC into it, it would be a gem. Sadly!

Worse trip ever bugs in the beds hair in the beds door didn’t seal we had to put a blanket over the door and windows didn’t close all the way or locked could not get in touch with anybody we had to go buy our own sheets and blankets and pillows and case bug spray
