Cons:

בשתי הלילות הראשונים המזגן בחדר לא קירר כמו שצריך למרות כל נסיונות הצוות לעזור
רק ביום השלישי החליפו לנו חדר ששם הכל היה מצויין

Atendentes muito mal educados.
Quartos sem ar condicionado funcionando e ninguém fazia absolutamente nada pra ajudar. Nem ventiladores eles dispuseram pra amenizar o calor.

Good location near metro. Good breakfast

Cons:

Air conditioning not working on our first night and not very effective on the last 2. Room pretty pokey, dominated by desk and tv. Access difficult at front due to parked vehicles when we arrived and when we left.

Un buon riposo in trasferta
Pros:

Lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile. Stanza ampia, pulita e silenziosa, dotata anche di bollitore e frigorifero con acqua in omaggio. La posizione era ottima per i miei impegni in zona De Amicis e credo cmq sia molto buona anche per altri spostamenti: metro verde a due passi.

Cons:

I costi a Milano sono mediamente molto elevati e l'hotel Mercure riesce ad essere comunque competitivo, tuttavia, se fosse stata più economica mi sarebbe piaciuto usufruire anche della colazione.
