すごくよかったです！
Pros:

広くてクローゼットもあった。濡れた服がすぐ乾く暖かいパイプもあって、とっても助かった。レセプション他スタッフみんなとっても気さくでいい感じでした。

Cons:

スピーカーがあったけど、コンセントがなく、どうやって流すのかわからなかった。夜歩くにはやや不安感のある立地。

All was good until we realized our suiss chocolate had been stollen in the room

Cons:

we had a bad experience because we had all suiss chocolate we bought in Lugano stollen and we only realized by the we arrived in Rome.

we went to Lugano on march 24th and on 25th enjoyed our last day in Milano and didn´t touch the bag with the chocolate bars. very early in 26th we headed to the train station. What a bad surprise to realized no suiss chocolate to give to friends and relatives

E' un 4 stelle????

Personale gentilissimo. Letto comodo

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola. Al fondo del letto una grande scrivania occupata per il 60% da un grande televisore e per il resto da una lampada non collegata alla rete elettrica e dal vassoio con il bollitore.... quindi la superficie non è utilizzabile. Grande armadio, sproporzionato per la stanza. Stanza calda, il sistema di condizionamento, impostato sul raffreddamento, non rinfrescava e abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte ...fortunatamente è marzo. Bagno apparentemente pulito, ma aperta la porta della doccia , la sorpresa di un portasapone con grossolani residui precedenti, i bordi della doccia ammuffiti ed incrostati,. Porte del bagno scrostate. Presa elettrica del bagno non funzionante con strano segnale fatto con il pennarello. Negli angoli della stanza residui di polvere. allego foto.

i won't recommend to take a breakfast here staff service 1/5 for a 4 star hotel for me was terrible only self service maybe they need to learn to smile definitely not coming back thank you.
