Great location, friendly staff, good room, but broken air con
Pros:

Friendly reception staff, great location, very comfortable bed, nice and quiet and dark room, very spacious, clean, good shower, mini fridge. Generally a good stay.

Cons:

Terrible lack of air conditoning! It was 34C when we were there and they had issues with their AC. When I alerted them, they sent a staff member to fix it but he just hammered some buttons, told me it was fixed, but it was still only pumping out tepid air - there was no cold air at all. When I pointed this out, he then said the AC maintenance people had broken it and the hotel hadn't got around to fixing it. He said they'd fix it by the following night. But they didn't. Unacceptable for a big chain hotel to do such a bad job.

Cons:

בשתי הלילות הראשונים המזגן בחדר לא קירר כמו שצריך למרות כל נסיונות הצוות לעזור
רק ביום השלישי החליפו לנו חדר ששם הכל היה מצויין

Atendentes muito mal educados.
Quartos sem ar condicionado funcionando e ninguém fazia absolutamente nada pra ajudar. Nem ventiladores eles dispuseram pra amenizar o calor.
