A gem hidden in plain sight. Quirky but ideally placed to visit London City Centre.
Pros:

Location and staff were excellent(especially Givi on the front desk). Steak restaurant was great as well.

Small, daily housekeeping was not very thorough. I don’t think the sheets were changed the entire 6 days nor the toilet or sink cleaned.

Location is fantastic, so central to every place we wanted to go to

Received a WhatsApp to let me know our room was ready

Cons:

Found what looked like a cut toenail on the floor.
The sleep was horrendous, duvet is the same size as the bed no overhang so if two on a bed need to sleep closely.
Pillows are very high with no other options.
Soundproofing is bad, neighbour got to their room around 11:30pm and was awake until 4:30am moving around which meant we were woken up multiple times through out the night.
Cleaning staff came into our room at 9am without knocking on morning of check out even tho we had do not disturb sign on.

This is a fun and quirky hotel. Great location for the theater and Chinatown.

Because of the location it was noisy outside. Some noise could be heard in the room but not enough to keep me awake.

Located in the heart of London, a 5 minute walk to the theatres and bang in the middle of china town it’s very clean and comfortable hotel well worth the price

Amazing
Pros:

This will be the third time i have used this hotel for business purposes. Being a PA i need a quick go to at the last minute and this time i got the date wrong and then the hotel was fully booked. The Sales team and Givi saved the day with a new booking as i had to upgrade last minute. My Managing Director called me the next day to ask me to leave a 5 star review for ALL the staff as he thoroughly enjoyed is stay .... even if it was a suite he enjoyed it so much he was over the moon ! Thanks for all the team and Givi for saving the day !!!!

Bed too soft and no choice of pillow. Sink and shower are in the room (there is no bathroom). There is only separate toilette. Lift was broker and i had to carry the bag for 4 floors. Ceiling is uncomfortably low.
