Nice small option with history in the heart of Leicester Square
Pros:

Great location by Leicester Square though no taxi could get close so if you have much luggage it is a problem. Room was spacious, modern, clean and bed comfortable and despite the location it is really quiet.

Cons:

The luggage issue above. Only one lift. Spiral stairs are slightly dangerous.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location.
Pros:

Fantastic location in Chinatown. Very friendly staff and room was nicely decorated and very clean. Stayed in the Karl Marx suite, which was great.

המיקום מושלם!! והצוות מקסים וקשוב דאגו שנרגיש בבית, תמיד עם חיוך ואדיבים מאוד. סיפקו לנו מים בשפע ונענו לכל בקשה. החדר היה נקי מאוד.

Cons:

המקלחת נמצאת ממש בתוך החדר (סגורה בתוך ארון) ולא בחדר נפרד כך שאין פרטיות . בנוסף כדי להכנס לאמבטיה צריך לדלג פנימה בלי מעקה - ממש לא נוח ויכול להיות מסוכן. ואין מתלה למגבות בתוך האמבטיה. בנוסף הכריות לא היו נוחות בכלל.

Great pit stop venue
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The location is really central with Chinatown all around

Cons:

Couldn’t get the air con to work, the room was very warm being the penthouse. On checking out I was told they could have checked it from reception but we didn’t know that and as we were ready for bed we just put up with it then regretted it overnight. The room was large and clean but not worth the premium.

Hot, no sleep, gymastics to use the shower, and £300 for the night with no on site facilities or bre
Pros:

This is a rooms only hotel ... location was fantastic, and external acoustics were very good.

Cons:

Very expensive, and happy to pay if what we got was maintained. Sold as a double room, reality was, Bathroom was actually in a wardrobe ... shower over a bath that was behind sliding doors, climb in and out using a plastic step you get from under the sink.
To top that off, the room has to have the windows closed, due to location, and the air con unit made a noise like a tractor revving in the corner of the room, so kept us awake all night, or cook in the heat?
When reported .... no offer of any money back, just we will fix it for the next guest. (They won't)

Fabulous hotel in a great location, will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect for a theatre hopping weekend in the heart of theatre land and the choice of eateries was extraordinary.
Our room was perfectly quiet although we were on a busy pedestrianised street and the air conditioning was a blessing in very hot weather.
Lovely staff.

Location was great but the unusual room layout was a distraction.
Pros:

The location is superb; close to lots of theatres, central to many walkable attractions. The staff were very welcoming.
We stayed a week became familiar with many good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We did not like the shower arrangement which was adjacent to the bed, instead of a separate room.

Pros:

Had a fantastic stay mainly due to the brilliant location. Super comfy king size bed. Spotlessly clean.
No space between the end of the bed to walk between the fixed suitcase storage /wall & I am petite! Had a room with window which was needed & blocked the noise when closed.
Hospitality tray was dangerous...the kettle simply too big for the cramped space & had to fill with coffee cups as too bug to fit under the tap!! Complimentary water& fridge a bonus.
