A beautiful and cozy hotel with amazing views, delicious food, and incredibly welcoming staff :-)
Pros:

What a wonderful atmosphere this hotel has — it feels so warm and welcoming, almost like home. The food was absolutely delicious: both breakfasts and dinners were fresh, tasty, and of a very high standard.

The view deserves special praise — truly breathtaking.

There are also great facilities: swimming pools, a spa area, and a fun entertainment corner where you can play table tennis, billiards, table football, and more.

A huge thank you to all the staff — everyone working there was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. You can really feel how much care they put into creating a great experience for guests.

We would genuinely love to come back again.

Cons:

The only small thing worth mentioning is that the soundproofing between rooms could be slightly better, as sometimes neighboring rooms could be heard. But overall, everything was wonderful.

Prima hotel!
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, bij het buffet vond ik ze een beetje ongemakkelijk, maar dat kwam misschien door de taalbarrière. Mooie kamer met mooi uitzicht, paar dingen wel aan een opknapbeurtje toe (bijv opgekruld kozijn in badkamer) maar niet storend en wel goed schoon. Schoonmaakster deed iedere dag goed haar best al had dit van mij niet iedere dag gehoeven, maar er is geen kaartje om aan de deur te hangen dat het niet hoeft. Airco is meer een ventilator, als je de gordijnen overdag dichthoudt is het wel voldoende, maar 1 dag had ik gordijn een stukje opengelaten en bleef het ondanks airco op laagste temperatuur en hoogste ventilatiestand toch nog heel lang warm op de kamer. Ik heb zowel ontbijt als dinerbuffet meerdere dagen uitgeprobeerd en vond dit goed te eten en voldoende afwisseling. Er is voldoende (gratis) parkeergelegenheid.

Pros:

Wspanialy hotel! Przepiekny widok, personel przemily. Sniadania super, czysciutko. Jedyne co, to polecam osobom z samochodem, zreszta podobnie, jak w poprzednich komentarzach. Jest wysokie podejscie. Hotel polecam z calego serca.

Tolle Lage mit einem sehr schönen Aussenbereich mit Liegen Pool und mehr

Cons:

Es wurde nicht gereinigt sondern lediglich die Betten gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Betten waren sehr hart und im Bad war ein „Schwimmbadföhn“

Nie zachwyca, ale w porządku ;)
Pros:

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, codzienne sprzątanie pokoi, położenie blisko morza i miasteczka na piechotę 20 min ;) dobre śniadanka ;) ładny widok z balkonu na morze ;) obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo duży parking.

Cons:

Brakowało mi kompletu sztućców w pokoju chociażby żeby pokroić owoce :) Ale to szczegół ;)
Obiekt może kiedyś zasługiwał na 4 gwiazdki, jednak teraz jest mocno postarzały, potrzebowałby generalnego remontu (poczerniałe silikony w łazienkach, poczerniałe deszczownice pod prysznicem). Basen bardzo malutki, strasznie dużo chloru w jacuzzi, tak że tylko raz do niego weszliśmy.

Super hôtel confortable avec cuisine et service au top
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très varié et délicieux ,buffet au dîner dégusté sur la terrasse avec plats locaux appétissants , belle vue sur l'océan ,et bien profité du jacuzzi extérieur lors de notre séjour peu ensoleillé

Ne pas choisir les croissants au petit déjeuner comme partout à Madère ,
