C'est un hôtel de 2-3 étoiles mais jamais de 4 étoiles.
Pros:

La vue. Chambre et la SDB sont spacieuses.

Cons:

Le ménage quotidien sommaire, les serviettes jaunies, presque déchiquetées, le repas du soir très médiocre, autour de la piscine intérieure et la salle des jeux n'étaient pas propres.

Pros:

Emplacement pratique / chambre vue mer / présence d’un balcon dans la chambre / parking gratuit / personne de l’accueil qui parle français

Cons:

Manque de ménage (chambre et parties communes) / absence de salle de sport / petit-déjeuner qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles (produits bas de gamme, peu de renouvellement, absence de produits locaux…)

Confortable hôtel pour se reposer après de longues randonnées

Les chambres sont spacieuses, vue mer appréciable.

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu dans son jus mais très confortable tout de même. Peut être un léger bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est correct mais qui pourrait être amélioré sur le coin viennoiseries/ pain

Pros:

We stayed here 20-27 December. Our first time at Madeira and this hotel. Reading some of the reviews prior I was a little hesitant but this is what we thought. We a family of 3, age ranges 23 - 63.
Location - beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, stunning views and a 15-20 min walk to Riberia Brava. Ideally need car to travel around although you can get a bus and if you do I recommend you get the rapidio one as it takes you the quickest route.
Hotel- Bright, modern, rooms were very clean, comfy beds, lovely hot shower and both rooms had the wonderful views of the ocean. Air con worked well and slept like a log, didn’t hear any noises.
Food- we were half board, breakfast great variety, cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts, fruits, croissants, cheese, ham and so on. Evening meal again fantastic variety and hot dishes were hot, we couldn’t fault it.
Staff - ALL staff were welcoming and friendly especially Vera and her brother and parents on reception and Fatima in the restaurant along with their colleagues. The cleaning maids were also pleasant and always seemed to be cleaning. I think reading some previous reviews it may have been the difference in different languages that may have caused misunderstandings but for us again couldn’t fault anyone!
Facilities- indoor pool was lovely, we did use the gym, outdoor pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it during our stay. There is a games room with pool table, table tennis and board games. If I had to make any criticism or recommendations it would be to update the tennis bats and the tips on the snooker Q’s.

This is a family run hotel and credit to them. I got tearful to leave so will be returning. Thank you from the Graves Family x

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit hohem Erholungsfaktor
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern, freundlichem Service und reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer direkt auf das Meer ist toll und es ist gut ausgestattet mit Pool, Billard, Tischtennis etc. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel (Mietwagen ist hier zu empfehlen).

Pros:

Das Hotel hat ca. 50 Zimmer, mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und war uns jederzeit behilflich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, man konnte abends auf Wunsch auch am Essen vom Buffet teilnehmen, sehr große Auswahl und sehr lecker. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel.

Pros:

Angenehm kleineres Hotel ca. 2km außerhalb von Ribera Brava mit eigenem Parkplatz. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer ausreichend groß, sehr gute Betten. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Gläschen Madeirawein und 1 Flasche Wasser.

Cons:

Es gibt ein Spielzimmer mit Tischkicker und Billard. Leider waren die Queues kaputt. Das gekochte Essen könnte heißer sein. Keine Möglichkeit nasse Sachen zu trocknen außer sie über die Balkonstühle zu legen.
