Terrible smell in the hallway, no milk for coffee, cleaners knocking on door to see if your checking out that day at 9:20, bed was the normal two beds together but the mattress felt old as it was lumpy and not straight

Television didn’t work and laundry dryer took nearly two hours to dry a half load of washing.

Very disappointed with my stay. Bathroom floor was dirty the bath mat was black after the shower. . I could not shower alone as I could not open the shower door. Very dangerous. The bed was soft and uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk berated my partner on the 3rd day when he helped himself to the complimentary sweets saying 'they cost me money you know'. This was despite her insisting on the 1st day to help ourselves. Will not be staying here again. Very different to the Centro Apartments in Oaka Lane we previously stayed at

Great friendly staff.

Curtains torn and stained. Hung inside out to hide worst of staining.
Shower door sticks closed and hard to open. Used soap from previous occupant left in the shower. Soap holder missing from the shower.
Carpet stained. Chair broken.

Property was just outright dirty . Carpet not vacuumed

Had no issues would stay again.

I found the room very clean and tidy.

I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment at the end of a hectic few nights of motel hopping, and it was exactly what I needed—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfy spot to sit and read, plenty of parking, and a quiet, calm atmosphere. The friendliness of the reception staff and the overall quality were reflected in the price. A great option if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay in Gladstone.

The rooms were dirty with mold in one of the showers, the stove top had melted plastic on it, the oven was dirty and the range hood. The lounge and the carpet were dirty and the blanket on the bed had white dirty marks on it, overall the place felt grotty. There were broken chairs in the apartment and the globs were blown in the bedrooms. When they came to service the room they only emptied the bin and stamped and folded one toilets rolls. They did not replace toilet paper in the other room or replaced the dishwashing liquid or rubbish bags. However the office stave where really nice and welcoming when checking in and the gave us 2 breakfast bags with bread butter jams little juice box’s little milks tea and coffees.

Overall I do not think it warranted the 4 starts it claims to have.

Always a good stay. Staff at reception are brilliant. Thank you to the lovely lady once again. Will stay again.

Room was spacious but run down. Walls were dirty, furniture outdated, curtains need replacing.

Great place to stay for work or travelling. The staff are brilliant and have always gone above and beyond for me. Rooms are great. Beds are comfy and plenty of parking the times I have stayed.

Great place to stay. Nice clean spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Everything you need is in the room. Parking can be an issue as a lot of workers stay here. I enjoy staying here. It’s my second time. Will stay again.
