Room was lovely. Clean and smelt fresh when you entered the room. Big comfortable beds. AC. Powerful large shower, fridge and complimentary water. Pool was clean, sunbeds comfortable with umbrellas and shaded areas. Outside pool bar with plenty of seating

The staff were lovely. It was quiet which is what we needed. Slept well. Pool was cute. Breakfast was good. We stayed for lunch that was lovely and reasonly priced.
My room had mould smell which they sorted straight out. Also my TV never worked the buttons. It would of been nice to have some music around the pool even the radio as everyone can hear everyone’s

Como de costumbre y ya van unas cuantas veces que nos alojamos allí, primeramente el trato del personal, siempre atentos y agradables. Los desayunos como siempre excelentes, variados y abundantes. La piscina ideal para cuando uno no tiene muchas ganas de moverse y el servicio de comidas, cenas muy recomendable.
Ideal por su situación que te permite desplazarte fácilmente tanto a destinos de playa como de montaña en pocos minutos y en el que se puede estar muy tranquilo si queremos evitar los agobios de poblaciones mucho más turísticas.

I booked this hotel at the last minute and was incredibly lucky to find an available room. I almost hesitate to leave such a positive review, as I hope I will still be able to book a stay here in the future despite the inevitable influx of guests.
The room was exceptionally spacious and newly renovated, featuring a perfectly comfortable bed and the bathroom was just perfect. It was cleaned every single day. A quick note for future guests: do not hesitate to leave a tip for the wonderfully friendly housekeeping staff.
The food was absolutely beyond praise. This was my first experience with Spanish cuisine, and I was fortunate to enjoy authentic, home-style dishes. The fact that locals regularly come here for lunch and dinner is the universal sign of high-quality, honest food, rather than standard tourist fare. While there are other good dining options in town, this restaurant is unequivocally the best. The head chef is a true master; you can taste the heart and soul in every dish he creates. The waitstaff is exceptionally friendly, fast, and always ready to offer excellent recommendations from the menu. A special thank you goes to Ruslan, was incredibly kind and helpful, making my experience even more comfortable by speaking English and Ukrainian.
The reception manager deserves a special mention for his outstanding assistance. He advised me to book an airport transfer, which turned out to be a brilliant idea. If your flight arrives after 7:00 PM, the last bus to Benidorm departs at 9:00 PM, and tourists literally fight for their lives to get on board because the tickets are sold without assigned seats.
The sea is a fifteen-minute walk away. The beach is beautiful, though it is a pity it lacks changing rooms and showers.
Above all, what impressed me the most was the remarkable level of hospitality. Such exceptional service is clearly the work of an experienced and well-coordinated team. It was genuinely sad to leave.
